First class Phillipe - Phillipe was excellent from start to finish, and we could not recommend him highly enough. Friendly, informative and helpful. So much so we booked him on the spot for a trip to Eze & Monte Carlo. And then another trip later in the week. first class......

Bad experience - We had a fairly bad experience with this tour. We booked our tour for 9AM. At 8:55AM that morning, we received a message from the tour guide that he’d be picking us up at 1:30PM (1330). He proceeded to tell us 5 minutes before our tour that he had booked another job and couldn’t cancel it. After moving stuff around to accommodate his schedule, the tour itself was terrible. It was a rainy day with a TON of traffic - a 4 hour scheduled tour turned into 6.5 hours. We were only allowed 30 minutes in each place - 1.5 hours of visiting and the remainder was travel. By the time we would walk into the city center area, it was time to turn around and walk back. Phillipe was nice and funny at times but this was the farthest thing from a tour - no cultural or historical information given. It was basically like hiring an Uber driver and making quick pit stops. Highly recommend against taking a tour like this. You are better off taking the train for around 10 euro and getting to see the same cities with much less travel time and much more time leisure time to experience each stop.
