Guide elevated our Picasso Museum experience - Lupe was an excellent tour guide. Having her provide context of Pablo Picasso’s early life was enlightening. The reference material she brought was helpful context especially for the Las Meninas reproductions. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Picasso Museum - Leo did a great job! He gave us a lot of information and guided us through all the highlights then left us to really spend time with our favorites. Highly recommend. It’s a great overview to get acquainted with museum and Picasso history.

Loved it! - Romina was an incredible guide! We had a LARGE group and I was worried the quality of the tour could suffer as a result, and it totally did not! I love that Romina was able to show us a TON of different works and give background on each of them, as well as where Picasso was in his life when he did them. I learned a lot about the man himself too, and I’ll just say he’s… interesting. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who has a couple hours to spend at the museum and needs help knowing where to start!

Worthwhile - The tour was very informative and our guide gave a good summary of Picasso’s life and how his style evolved. I learned much more than if I had just walked through the museum with a handheld tour or guidebook. My only complaint is the 35+ minute wait from when we entered the museum to when the tour started. (The guide had to leave “for 2 minutes” to obtain tickets and headsets - not sure what caused the delay)

Picasso Museum tour - Veronica took us through the museum, which was not to be missed! The head phones were not working well which was a bit distracting, but still worth the ease of attending.

Deal directly through the museum. - Museum has a nice display of Picasso’s earlier works. Ordering tickets through the app is a big mistake. Better to order tickets online through the museum website instead.

Missing tour guide gets to decide if we’re due a refund?? - We were at the meeting location 15 minutes ahead of tour time. It was chaotic with groups of people crammed into a narrow alleyway of a street. There was no one from the tour group identifying themselves so I texted the tour operator asking if we were in the right place, with no response. I checked with two different staff members inside the Picasso museum, who confirmed we were just supposed to wait down the alley in front of the Moco Museum. By 5 minutes before our tour time, when no one came, I called the tour operator’s number on the voucher twice with no answer. At our tour time I called Viatore, who had me on the phone for 15 minutes, telling me the tour guide was in the area (?), the guide was late, then the guide wasn’t late. By 3:15 (our tour was for 3:00), I told the Viatore rep that I wanted a refund. He told me the missing tour operator had to agree to issue a refund. When I said they never showed up, he said to take pictures of where I was waiting and email him. At that time another customer walked up to us who had been looking all over for the missing tour guide as well. I sent everything requested to Viatore yesterday and am waiting for a response.
