Great SELF GUIDE of the Basilica - For those who dont have the time or couldnt go inside the Sagrada Familia, this is the perfect way to understand the story of its creator Gaudi. You will walk around the area surround it, going to take the perfect picture of every angle. It was a very creative way to get to know the story with sound effects.

Stunning - Absolutely stunning building. Can get busy and there will be queues but it’s a must see building. This isn’t a review about Gaudi but this is one of the most outstanding buildings you will ever see. Be sure to see the towers and have a guided tour of you can as you will get much more from your experience. Tour without the towers was €25 in May 2023.

The Best in Barcelona! - This is amazing!! We were ahle to actually go inside and this is truly genius. The colors of the stained glass bounces off the walls and looks like the interior is tie dye when the sun hits it. If you get the chance you must see it!

No one to instruct you or assist - It's no good if u dont have internet to download the story or headphones
This should be made clear as we expected to have a headset given to us
Like on other walks we ha e done,waste of money for children with no access to head sets or a phone

Totally misrepresented - Until recent edits to title and description you could easily be misled that this was a tour of the interior of La Sagrada. Instead you are stuck outside with the requirement to download a phone app and use your own earphones - for a tour of the EXTERIOR. To use this "tour" at all means you must have active mobile data on your phone and earphones. Even the directions link opened a map with the red pointer at the middle of the opposite park - in the middle of the park pond! This tour was intended to deceive until recent edits. Viator needs to protect their reputation.

Trip adviser NO TIX ? - Trip adviser tix not on my account and I only had a reference no!
Traveled from Australia, paid my money, got confirmation and a reference but no tix from the reference -
I’ve got another tour booked that’s also not in my account - 4 booking are showing but 2 are not and I’ve wasted my day stressing 😡😤😭…..What’s going on ? I sent a message and no response from yet Trip Adviser ? I can’t get this day back …

Not Tickets for Entry - Warning. This is not a ticket to entry. Like others have said read the fine print. We were caught looking for last minute entry tickets and were not able to refund.

The worst company to book with! - Be careful of a scam! We booked a guided tour and we're unclear where to go. We circled around the place for 20 minutes while no one from the company was available over the phone to tell us where to go. Once we arrived we were told that we are too late and we can join our group or go to the next one. We requested a refund and we were denied. Be careful to book with them!!
