Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang) - Your private guide and driver will pick up you from your hotel,and take you to visit the solemn Tiananmen Square, the national symbol of China located in the heart of the city. Follow your guide to have a morning walk around this city square and take photos of brilliant landmark buildings, such as the Great Hall of the People, the Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao and the Monument of the People’s Heroes.
Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - Walk through the Gate of Heavenly Peace with the great Chairman Mao’s portrait on it; you come to this morning’s highlight - the 600-year-old Forbidden City - the largest and the most intact imperial palace complex of the Ming and Qing Courts (1368 - 1911 AD).

Temple of Heaven - Continue to visit the Temple of Heaven, where the ancient emperors worshiped the God of Heaven and prayed for good harvest. Now it turns to be a large park, where local people do their morning exercise. You can join them and experience the leisure pursuits of local people.
Hutong Tour - Afterwards, head to Hutongs, typical narrow lanes between rows of courtyard houses. A delightful rickshaw ride and a visit to a local family will also be arranged, for you to feel more engaged in the traditional Beijing lifestyle.

Discover the historic and glamorous spots of Beijing on 2-day private tour.
