Explore the lesser-traveled regions of the Valencian Community, with its serene mountainous scenery, and hidden cities rich in history. One of the notable cities is Xàtiva, renowned for being the birthplace of the famous Borgia family. This city is packed with historical landmarks and palaces. We will take a car trip up to its castle, once a state prison, offering scenic views extending over 80km. Next, we’ll visit Ontinyent, a city with a historical foundation in the textile industry that upkeeps its medieval quarter, the Duchess’s palace, and a unique museum dedicated to Moors and Christians festivals, which we will explore. To conclude our tour, we’ll stop by Anna, home to a palace that was beautifully renovated by Moroccan artisans, known for its intricate carvings, exquisite art pieces, and lush gardens. The palace has earned its reputation and title as ‘the Valencian Alhambra’.
