Informative, well-paced and very interesting experience! - Our tour guide Vlad was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and provided a lot of information and trivia on the origin of the castles and Brasov city. The bus left on time from the pickup point. The bus was airconditioned and comfortable, had charging points and the driver was driving safely and responsibly. Vlad spent approximately 5 minutes calling the names of people who didn't show up in case they were nearby and couldn't find the bus. He did his due diligence to make sure everyone was on board. Overall, it was a great experience and very easily worth the money. Thanks Vlad for the great experience!

Salt mine, winery, and monastery - Vlad took us on a great tour of a salt mine. He was knowledgeable and professional and helped us maximize our time. He then took us to a winery for lunch and to a monastery. Vlad was a great guide for all of it! Thanks!

Pleasant experience. - We booked the day tour via booking. We booked it in English, as it was not available in Italian. The day before we were contacted by the guide for the time and meeting point, as well as for the methods of visiting the castles and Brasov. Very pleasant and educational experience. Carmen, our guide was very knowledgeable and was kind and helpful with our questions. I recommend the tour, although a little tiring, it can be done. We had an 8 year old girl.

Dive into Romanian culture - I had a wonderful day on tour, visiting the Peleș palace was the highlight for me. Our very knowledgeable guide Vlad, made us feel right at home and provided us with an historical, economical and cultural framework for all of the sites, which was very enriching. Thank you Vlad and crew!

Great Tour - Hotel pick up is on time. The tour is intense, but I have enough time to see castles and old town of Brasov.

Good experience but the pick up locations and times need sorting out - The tour was value for money We went to all three sights as described in 13-14 hours The sights were amazing and worth visiting. The time for lunch was a bit rushed though Unfortunately the places and times that you offered for pick up were non existent, and they even said I didn’t specify any pick up location and time! I found this incredible since I couldn’t have completed the booking without doing so! I think this matter needs looking into otherwise it’ll cause endless confusion again in the future.

Is this a scam? - Scheduled departure was 7:30 AM. VIATOR told us to watch for a message at 7 pm the night before about actual departure. Message came at 4:30 in the morning and said departure would be early. At 7:25 AM, there was no one at the pick-up point.
