Easy and beautiful Levada - Good communication for pick up point. Tour guide friendly. We were lucky with the weather to take the most of nature sight seeing. loved it and I recommend it.

Highly recommended - Fantastic walk with guide. Really great scenery, gentle pace and very informative guide. Was a horticultural master glass that my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed. I’ll definitely do another walk with this business next I visit Madeira. We were collected and dropped off from our hotel which made the experience very convenient too. Highly recommended.

Don’t let the rain stop you - Despite a very rainy and cold start, we were kept safe and entertained. The plants are lush and plentiful, although spring when the flowers appear might have been better, but the escape from the uk blues was welcome. Our guide introduced both familiar and unusual plants and was very knowledgeable. If we were not being forced to return to the UK 6 days early by our tour operator we would happily done a full day next week. We booked thru Happy tours close to our hotel who were very helpful. The walk was on the flat and very easy, a really enjoyable trip, thank you.

Excellent Guide - The tour was made by the Guide, Adrian(o)! He was clear, informative, attentive and funny. The walk was pretty and full of botanical interest and the coffee stop not a tourist trap. I think I’d go on a longer more challenging walk next time but this is a great valley stroll.

Pleasant times in the sun - A very easy walk (8km and generally flat). Extremely well organised. Delightful and informative guide who was enthusiastic, patient and alert. South side of the island - so warmer and sunnier than north side.

Wait for spring/summer - For treks like this the best time to take them is when the flowers are booming - spring/summer. We did their trek March 1st and it was too early in the season. The guide was great, getting to/from was easy. But without flowers, this trek loses it spark and it became a March.
