Ayyyy coco bongos - I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews on here but I had the best time at coco bongos. The shows were really fun and a great laugh. Our waiter Christian could not do enough for us and was really helpful. We didn’t have the best seats but when some people left the bar staff took us to the front row seats which was amazing! Great experience 😁🙌🏻 Many people mentioned about the show exploiting women, however a member of the bachelorette party we joined said if you went on stage, they asked for consent before showing videos/blowing up your skirt. Also they do ask you for pictures, shots etc but when you say no they leave you alone.

Great night - Had an absolute great time. I’d been before but like 5 years ago so didn’t remember much. We booked our tickets via a rep that was at our hotel so we knew it was all legit. Me and my partner chose the royal service which included a table, table service, a bottle of spirit and mixers which was the right decision. Our waiter Fredrick was on point all night and a lovely guy.

Moover - Excellent entertainment. Party atmosphere. Always select seating as it is a long night. We chose the middle range package which includes drinks and lite bites

Good show avoid staff taking photos - watered down drinks - Show was good however even with gold member which they tell you is the premium ticket the seats were far back , they then offer to upgrade your seats 🤣 , bar staff were good however sceptical as to how much alcohol was actual in them as after about 20 I was still stone cold sober , watch out for the staff taking photos agreed to buy one at 35.00 told me he would be back with the change came back with the photo and no change for a 100 and when questioned tried to say he thought it was a tip😂 , told him to keep 10.00 as a tip but still proceeded to short change me and take a 20.00 tip gave up eventually as couldn’t be bothered

Decadent and overrated show - Sadly a show in decline, I had the opportunity to go three times in the past and it was a plan that my wife and I loved, now it is a show in which they almost no longer do the presentations they did, also in a VIP location, which It is very expensive. Previously, the waiters were waiting to offer and bring drinks throughout the show, now they don't do it, you have to go to the bar to ask for them and additionally, in the place where we were, they let people get in front of our positions who would sneak in other places obstructing the view of those of us who paid for a VIP position, by telling the waiter to please not allow us to do that, not only did he not do anything but he also told us “then go downstairs.”... Cherry on the cake, the abuse Of the taxi drivers to return you to the hotel, they do not use a taxi meter and charge usurious rates since they know that you do not have many options to return safely to your hotel, in short this experience is very disappointing. Personally, I will never return.

Horrible Experience - Terrible experience. Purchased the Gold ViP skip the line tickets. This started out at the ticket counter where the ticket agent insisted on taking my phone in her hands to view the ticket and then proceeded to mess with my phone- changing screens and taking pictures of my screen. Had to reach through the window to take it back! Unacceptable! At this point we’ve been at the window trying to get our wristbands for over 5 minutes. There were 11 of us. This took us 30 minutes to get bands. Upon entry, no one would direct us to our seats until we sat in what was “reserved” for some other level of VIP. Was then directed to go up behind a structured pillar ( no view, hot, and crowded) felt trapped. Moved again, to be told to move yet again! It’s a joke! The general admission. Floor would have been better than this! Don’t waste your money!

HORRIBLE. Scum bag operation - Absolutely terrible experience! Whatever you do, don’t get the VIP skip the line ticket. An absolute fraudulent mess going on here. We did not get unlimited drinks as advertised. We had to fight to even get a waiter to come to us. When he finally did, he didn’t come back with our drinks. The “VIP” area was so packed that there was no where to sit. You are at the very top of the place where you can’t see anything. The skip the line feature was a total gimmick. We waited in line for 30+ minutes before they finally let us in. Could’ve spent my $365+ on so many other things. I hate that I came here and will NEVER be back!

No vip - Feel this was a scam. No skipping line available. No vip area. No seats. Could not het drinks unless we went and got them. I would like a full refund please.

Very disappointed! - This was terrible and definitely not worth the price we paid! A girl in our group paid less at the club and got to actually skip the line and was in the same “vip” area that we were in. There was no where to sit and the only way we got a drink was when we went to the bar to get one ourselves. We couldn’t see the show because of all the people that were standing in front of us and ended up leaving early. We definitely did not receive a vip experience. What a scam!

Had my worst club/show experience of my life for paying $314,65 upfront & $150 additionally later!!! - It aligns totally with my overall Mexico experience, but it was on top with a lot of distance to all other activities where I felt ripped off the absolute worse one. I bought already the most expensive ticket available to avoid any additional costs and get a reserved seat for the show. Before entering people were super nice and we got already some drinks on the bar for free. After entering with our Gold wristbands, we found out that there are no reserved seats only bar stool so far away from the stage that you won’t be able to see anything. But a nice lady came around to sell us much better places if we only buy a bottle of cheap tequila for another $150. I guess it is the only place on earth where you buy two tickets for a show with open bar for $314,65 and they seriously sell you more alcohol for $150. Therefore, we get a small round bar table and a “seating place” in front of it. The seating you can totally forgot about it as the club was totally overcrowded later. Our waiter once asked before the show what we drink and then constantly brought the same stuff. The quality of the drinks is extremely poor, and you will suffer from it even if you are not drinking much. Within the show it got so crowdy that were constantly got pushed off the table by other people trying to sneak in to the place as the special area we paid so much for wasn’t separated. Normally the waiter was responsible to push the people back the people, but he was understandably also overwhelmed because of the very bad organization of the event. As we had to fight for our place the whole time and had to be careful that people don’t flip our table with all the drinks on it we couldn’t see the show calmly. But this wasn’t so bad as the show doesn’t offer very crazy special stuff, some acrobatics are impressing but overall, it was not super spectacular. But maybe I’m just spoiled from the cheaper prices over here in Europe as you can see big worldwide known musical shows for less than $464,65. For example Moulin Rouge in Paris with Champagne costs 270€ or Lion King in Hamburg for 233,98€ for two persons with a real seat place from which you really see the show without getting pushed around. If you are reading this and you are not already in Mexico, I would totally recommend you make a nice trip somewhere else, were you are not constantly ripped off and treated bad. But if you are already there, I can only hope for you that you won’t book this leader in ripping you off.
