Wonderful and exhausting day! - Best of the time! My husband and I love this extreme and fabulous park! Be ready to get tired as hell! We started at the ropes (the most exhausting activity by far). We absolutely love and repeat the rafting, tons of thanks to Esther and Asuncion, the best guides ever!

Visit to Xavage - It is the third time I come to xavage and the first for my family. The best part of today was the rafting thanks to the guide Amanda who made our tour amazing; We did things like stand on the raft when we were going to do a fall and other fun things. We had an incredible time

My new favorite X park, but just not for small children. - Amazing park I really can't wait to go again for my birthday in December. Xel Ha was my favorite park, but now it's Xavage for sure! I wouldn't recommend though if you have little one's under 10 years it's pretty intense!

Rafting with Ramón was the best - It was the first time my boyfriend and I visited the park. The facilities were generally very clean, the workers were very friendly all the time. The activities were very fun and exciting although the waiting time was long for most of them. In the Rafting activity, our guide Ramón gave us a wonderful experience, his attention was very warm and fun, it was definitely the best moment of our visit.

Highlight of our Vacation! - My husband and I visited Xavage with our adult daughter and our 16 year old son. We were also with friends who have twin 14 year olds. We all had an AMAZING time!! This park was the highlight of a wonderful vacation. The white water rafting with Esther and Adrian was SO much fun!!! They made the experience even better having the two boats competing and doing all sorts of fun things on rapids and for pictures! Make sure to jump out at the end and swim. We loved it. Equally as good was the jet boat ride. Our driver Michael was fantastic and gave us the BEST ride! We couldn’t believe how many twists and turns he made in the waterways that weren’t terribly wide. One thing we were surprised with was how smooth the ride was! No whip lash or motion sickness at all. We had a 14 year old girl in our group who was a little nervous and she loved it. The monster trucks were INSANE! We couldn’t believe what they have you driving over. It was a blast. You have to be a minimum of 18 to drive these and they want you to have lots of driving experience and we see why- lots of turns and technical driving involved. The zip line was super chill and lovely. Not fast and crazy like the zip lines at Xplor (which we loved). But it was super enjoyable. The ropes course is HUGE and a little more challenging than we anticipated. We are all in good shape- we lift weights and exercise regularly and have two boys in our group that attend an American Ninja Warrior gym and we all found it to be harder than we expected. There are four levels and our experienced boys started with level 3 out of four thinking they may switch up a level if they wanted. (You can switch levels throughout). They all ended up going down to level 2. The rest of us started on level two and switched to level 1 part way through. My big piece of advice is that even level 1 is a challenge! We wished that level 1 was a bit easier- our hesitant 14 year old left as she was too scared. Would have liked to have seen some easier obstacles. We still enjoyed the ropes course overall. We did not attempt to do the kayaks as we can kayak at home instead repeated monster trucks and zip line. The park overall felt EMPTY!! There were some waits- maybe 30 minutes at rafting and speed boats. Maybe 5-10 minutes tops at other spots. The park is beautiful inside- we were concerned it would not be as pretty as the other Xcaret parks as it is close to the freeway and new- but we were wrong! It is lovely and well maintained. We all enjoyed the buffet lunch. There were hardly any people in there. We loved the person that would make you tacos. Big selection of food and we all found many things we liked. Our one tiny complaint about the park is that they really want you to leave at 5:00. They even turn off the showers in the locker/change rooms. We had driven rental cars there (by the way- great covered parking structure) and so we were in no hurry to leave and were hoping to shower off before changing, but not that big of a deal. Xochimilco starts at this same location in the evening so I think they needed to clear us out to get it started. This park was the highlight of our trip!! We will certainly return next time we are in Cancun.

Recommendations for your first visit to XAVAGE - Firstly, I would like to comment that the park is very close to Cancun, however the entrance is a little hidden, if you go quickly you will probably miss it. Another important point is that you NEED CLOSED SHOES, since they ask you for it in all the attractions, so I had to return to my house, if you want you can buy aquatic shoes in the park but it's very expensive. Bring lots of sunscreen because there is almost no shade and all the activities are outdoors and bring your towel because the park does not provide it. Now let's talk about the attractions (I'm going to talk about my favorite one that I didn't like at all) in most of these I had a great time, especially on the jet boat, keep in mind that you're going to wait in line a bit but ok completely worth it, if you like speed you will have an incredible time (I would have liked to do it again), in rafting there is still some queue but it is super fun if you go in a group of friends, since you have to work as a team to If the raft is going in the right direction, they are going to end up soaked. If you have vertigo you may not like the zip line flight, since you jump from a great height lying down, you don't go as fast, but the view is spectacular, I felt very free and happy. As for the ropes course, there are several levels, we chose the short blue one and I think it was the best decision, since you finish faster and have the opportunity to do more things. My brother and a cousin took the long route and told me they were fed up with the sun and how long it was. Finally, I leave you the moster truck, I had a terrible time, the car I got into felt like the brakes weren't working and I didn't feel safe, it's definitely the one I liked the least. I consider that the snack area is very basic, there are only pizzas and hotdogs but I highly recommend the lemon water. The park has a mini pool that, although useful for resting and cooling off, has the negative point that it does not have any shade and gets filled with people. Finally I have to say that the restaurant's food is good and very varied. I would definitely repeat the visit, now that I realized certain aspects

THEME PARK OF EXTREME EXPERIENCES - QUESTIONABLE SECURITY - FIRST AID SERVICES AND ABSENT DOCTORS - Theme park of extreme experiences. Managed by a staff of boys ranging from 20 to 25 years old. That is, with little or no experience in this type of high-risk activities. All-terrain circuit: Here I saw one of the route guides located between the wall and the narrow road, I had to tell him to go to the clearing that was surely designed for him. WHAT A DANGER if you lose control and crush it, it would literally be crushed. I did this route twice without problem, at the end of the day I decided to repeat it and I got stuck on a rock. Someone came and told me that I should leave the circuit. Well, in this case I collided with a rock and not with one of the BADLY POSITIONED route guides. Rafting: Done on an artificial river with difficult rapids, the boat was taken by a 21-year-old girl. Ahead of us was another boat with a child of about five years old STANDING ON THE BOW. It never occurred to anyone that that child COULD NOT GO THERE!!. After the first rapid I saw that that boat let us pass by moving to the side of the circuit (I don't know if they finished it or if there was a possibility of aborting it). Well, in the final part we were ALL thrown off the boat despite having life jackets, I ended up on the bottom with my hand torn and bleeding. First aid provided: NONE. In the distance I saw that others were also thrown from the boat. I left thinking seriously about the safety of the park. Then out of curiosity I looked for reviews on the internet and found that there has even been a death in these XCARET parks OH MY GOD!!!, I came out cheap. Zipline: Just like in the previous cases, very young boys of about 22 years old are the ones who give you the instructions and adjust and fasten the harness, I made them check each buckle three times. I asked them if the harness was so loose, they said yes. Well, I said if it's my final day this will be the perfect time. Monkey Circuit: I didn't. Just seeing it scared me. Plus it would take about an hour to finish and with that incandescent sun I would end up with biblical sunstroke. I saw VERY FEW people here. I think people were not very attracted to this circuit. Intuitively I think they thought: DANGER. Kayak: it is the MOST INNOCENT activity in the park. Boats with fast turns: Here I can say that the boat operators are professionals in the activity. There is a risk of being kicked off the boat although I didn't see anyone. In this case it is done on a natural lagoon. There are no currents. I was wondering: is that lagoon infected with alligators and crocodiles typical of the area?! Actually I think that a park like this in the US, Canada or Europe would be closed. You can easily end up with your neck broken. When I finished in the locker room I checked every part of my body in a mirror. The food was excellent. Conclusion: I WILL NEITHER RETURN NOR RECOMMEND IT

BEWARE: Long wait times and not set up efficiently - We have been to many of the parks in this empire, but we were left annoyed by this one. We hired a car and arrived around 10am and the park appeared not very full. It took about 30 minutes to check-in (even though we had pre-purchased tickets) and the process was very chaotic (jumping around lines, new lines opening etc). We first went to the ropes course where there was about 20 people in front of us, but after 30 minutes of waiting and the line barely moving we moved onto the rafting. The rafting was an excellent experience. Only waited a few minutes and straight onto a raft and an excellent driver. Great photos. After that we went back to the ropes course and were able to wait another 20 mins or so before starting. The staff in general are lovely and hard working. It just appears that the park isn’t set up to handle the volume of people. The ropes course was challenging even at the green level and my teens started on the higher level and came down. Very good course and well worth it. Lunch is buffet style and lots of options. We then tried to do the Monster Trucks and speed boat. It was now about 3pm. We were told that the wait for each was an hour. Crazy. I read lots of reviews where people said they did things twice so not sure how that happens. We had a very bad experience on the wait times. So we left. Only having done 2 activities. Very disappointed. We bought the all inclusive photo package and had some issues with receiving all of the shots but they fixed it after I called them. I think this park could be excellent but they need some engineering and systems help to refund and improve the experience.
