Jump aboard a boat from Cannes to the famous village of St Tropez, a fabulous destination if you’re looking to see more of the French Riviera. As you relax on the boat ride, enjoy the views of the Mediterranean coast from the water.

The ferry crossing is approximately one hour and 15 minutes from Cannes, and then the rest of the day is yours to explore St Tropez. The sunny seaside town of St Tropez became a popular resort destination after the end of World War II, with an influx of artists moving to the area and the beginnings of the Yé-yé cultural movements of the nineteen sixties. St Tropez then began attracting the European and American jet set, who were attracted to the town for its seaside setting, glitz and glamour.

Spend the day discovering the varied delights of St Tropez at your leisure. From windsurfing classes and sightseeing to simply lazing on the beach, the town has a great deal to offer!

Perhaps head off to explore the Old Port and marvel at the million-dollar yachts that line the waterside. Stroll through town center and nip into the chic shops and boutiques, or peruse the charming markets. Alternatively, leave the hustle and bustle of the port behind you and discover the La Ponche fishing quarter. Follow the cobbled streets to St Tropez Church (Église de St Tropez) and capture the scenery on camera. Walk up to the 17th-century Citadelle de St Tropez for beautiful views over the city. Art lovers can visit the town’s Musée de l’Annonciade and see works by Signac, Denis, Matisse, Picasso and more. Back near the harbor, enjoy a delicious meal by the sea and soak up the sun on a pristine white-sand beach.

When your day is over, just bring your weary feet back to the boat for the relaxing journey back to Cannes.

Cruise - Superb mini cruise of one and a half hours. Clean, well-maintained boat. Delicious getaway. Refreshing in the middle of summer, and the pleasure of a crossing that disconnects you.

Great experience - Great experience St Tropez is stunning, so much to see and do. Highly recommend it. The only suggestion is making the meeting point a little easier to find especially if there are events at the port. There was so much going on when we went with some areas were blocked off. Luckily we had allowed a lot of extra time and eventually found it. Despite this I still remind this trip!

The crew was very friendly and competent even though I arrived late! Merci - Cannes is worth seeing and Saint Tropez is worth seeing! Be sure to be at the quay in good time, the parking lot at the “Quai Max Laubeuf” was in great chaos

A lot dearer than direct - It's a lovely day, but all that is included is the ferry, which you can buy from the company direct for 65e. This is one time were viator was not a win... St Tropez was beautiful and peaceful and the ferry ride over was stunning (but cold - bring a wind jacket!) totally worth the day, but buy the ticket direct

Great Round Trip Cannes <> St. Tropez - Arrived on Saturday, when the large daily(?) Open Air Market takes place right by the arrival quai, instead of downtown. New clothes, antiques, food and miscellaneous. Not tourist junk!

Enjoyable travel - A good way to see St. Tropez and avoid the traffic. The ferry was pretty crowded, but not uncomfortable. The boarding process was a bit cattle car-like and could have been better organized, but manageable. The coast scenery is beautiful.
