An excellent small group tour. - This was an excellent small group tour of 6 to explore Mt Etna and its surrounds. Our driver and guide Kevin was excellent in every way. He arrived punctually at the allotted meeting point, was a safe driver and provided wonderful information and commentary about Mt Etna and it's history over the years. As a local expert, while we visited the usual popular tourist spots on Mt Etna, he was also able to take us to some places away from the usual tourist spots. Kevin had a great sense of humour and made all of us feel comfortable and relaxed as we explored this amazing landscape. A great morning tour, which I would highly recommend. Thank you Kevin.

Discovering the charm of Etna - We carried out the jeep tour this morning 03/27/2024 in the company of Orazio.
Very knowledgeable guy who explained us in detail and led us to discover the charm of Etna.
We will definitely recommend the excursion.

Highly Recommend, fantastic! - What a fantastic trip. Luca, our guide, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, interesting and obviously enjoyed showing us an area that he loves. Pick up was from our hotel, we stopped along the way to look and take photos. We had a coffee at 2000 feet and then wine, olive and honey tasting. Luca was happy to answer our questions and we learnt loads about Etna, Sicily and of the mafia!
Thanks Luca for a wonderful time. Hopefully you’ll get to ‘drift’ one day x

Interesting (if you have never visited a volcano) - Very interesting if you have never visited a volcano. Good guide with excellent explanations. You have to be lucky with the weather, in bad weather (many clouds) you have little view of the crater, which makes it less interesting.

GPS malfunction and no jeep tour - The transportation to Mt Etna from the meeting point left Sunday at 8:40 - 5 minutes prior to our late arrival. We totally understand why they had to go since we were lost due to the rental car GPS giving us directions to use roads that were closed for construction. The Viator website did NOT have a phone number posted to contact Laura. Laura sent 2 messages to my email however I did not the international internet on my work cell phone.
We asked if we could meet the others at Mt Etna and we were told no. We drove to Mt Etna ourselves and completed another tour that unfortunately was more expensive.
I contacted Laura last night for a refund for 2 tickets (120E).
