The process of purchasing our tickets was quick and easy to follow. The guided tour at the Berkeley Plantation was awesome, learning so much information about the plantation and all the families that have been involved during its history. Our guide, Clarence, had so much information to share and answered every question presented to him. He had a true feeling for this job as he has been doing it for nearly twenty years. This tour is highly recommended to anyone interested in 400 years of local history.

I have visited Berkeley many times and it never disappoints. This visit, was perhaps the best, as we really enjoyed our tour guide - she was outstanding and clearly enjoyed what she was doing!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Berkeley Plantation. The home and grounds were beautiful! Our guide was fantastic! She gave an interesting and informative tour and took time to answer our questions along the way. My nephew loved George!! We loved it and will recommend a visit to family and friends!

The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The museum posters were very helpful in understanding the expansive history of this place. The website is also well done and worth spending time exploring before visiting this historic site. Don't be in a hurry. Take time to watch the film and walk through the gardens down to the river etc...
