Frades Island, paradise - The landscapes are wonderful, worth seeing!!! We went to Ilha dos Frades which is incredibly beautiful, peaceful and to Ilha de Itaparica, which I really liked too. I think it takes an hour and a half or two to get there but it's really worth it...when we arrived on the island the people were friendly and welcomed us very well, in fact like practically all of Bahia. We loved the experience

Great experience on the Bay and 2 Island stops - The schooner left from the Terminal Náutico da Bahia, where it was necessary to pay a tax of R$25. The first stop on Ilha dos Frades (at Ponta de Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe) required payment of an "access fee" of R$25. The trip information advised of the second fee, but not the first. The beach at Ponta de Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe is really lovely. There is a proper dock for easy disembarking and re-boarding. The second stop, on Ilha de Itaparica, required passengers to transfer from the schooner to small boats, and then to wade ashore through very shallow (and very warm) water. We had lunch at that stop. The schooner trip on Baía de Todos os Santos (All Saints Bay) was relaxing and the views really grand. A wonderful experience!

It was good! - Perfect! The interaction with the passengers and crew was the perfect point to make the trip perfect, the Guide told the History of each Island and as a Solteropolitan I had never heard it before, next time I would be with you! Ah, the samba group was lively in every situation! It was so good! 🤗🤗🤗

It is worth it! - - the guide was fantastic. His English was very good! He was also entertaining. - there were drinks, music and fruit on the boat. The atmosphere was very good! - Ilha de Frades was very beautiful. The beach is breathtaking. The drinks (especially the alcoholic ones) were very well mixed. - on Itaparica there was the opportunity to eat. We took part in the buffet (all you can eat). There was a large selection. The food was delicious.

Island paradise - We were at the harbor 25 minutes before our scheduled departure (8:30), but the schooner left at 8 a.m. We were then able to spontaneously take the next one. That was really great. The islands are wonderful and worth it. Unfortunately, the guide only spoke Portuguese. But we would still do it again. Very important: The entrance fee/tax for the island can only be paid in cash. We were not given this information beforehand.

It's more or less, if you can, and you're in a larger group, opt for a private tour. - It was a little confusing to get on the schooner, apparently "De Boa Turismo" doesn't directly operate the route, so we were taken by another company there at the time. The trip is quite long, so prepare your back because most places to sit on the boat do not have backs. If someone comes to serve you a drink, ask how much it is, and avoid having to pay R$44.00 for two glasses of non-alcoholic cocktail (everything is charged at the end). The beach at Ilha dos Frades is wonderful, but due to some confusion on the part of the company, we ended up staying in a space belonging to another company that was not a partner of the first, and the cost to use the sombrero was R$70 instead of R$30 as it had been. said before, and they took a long time to serve (be careful not to lose your order because you have to leave the beach to continue the tour). Itaparica beach is more or less, super shallow water for dozens of meters, and SUPER hot, and zero sombreros, so you can't really enjoy it. The only thing you can do there is stay in the restaurant, so that part was a joke for me, because I wanted the beach, not sitting for 2 hours in a restaurant. The return trip was longer than the outward trip, and the guide put a band on the boat (of which he is a producer), which charges a cover charge of R$10 per person. The band was a bit bad, but I think it's better than spending almost 2 hours in silence on the boat...

Traumatizing ride - The trip to the island of Frades is very good, but for Itaparica it's just a disappointment as it leaves you in a restaurant with terrible food, far from everything with no option for another restaurant.
