Erg Chebbi - Pick up from your hotel in Fes around 7:30 and departure for the south of Morocco.
You will pass by
Ifrane, known as the Switzerland, AzrouWhere you can see the monkeys in the cedar forest.
Continuing to Midelt for a lunch meal in a restaurant (on your own expense)
after lunch , we will cross the pass of TIZI N TALGHAMT while admiring the panoramic views of Ziz gorges and valley.
After that we will continue to Erg Chebbi Dunes passing by Erfoud (famous with fossils, and oasis of dates palms) where you can visit a local fossil craft workshop.
After that we will continue to the dunes of Erg Chebbi called also Merzouga Dunes.
Dinner and spend the night in a room in a Auberge next to the dunes. -
Sahara Desert Camping - Morocco - Erg Chebbi - Merzouga - After breakfast , you will have a tour of the dunes on 4×4 allowing you to visit the black volcanic rocks of marble fossils, visit a nomad family living in tent, visit to Khamlia village famous with tribe from sub-Saharan Africa and entertainment with their spiritual music of Gnawa, and visit the lake Dayte Sarji that forms in springtime which attract pink flamingos and wildlife.
You will have lunch with a local nomadic family. After lunch see the canal irrigation system and have a walk on the oasis located on the foot of the dunes.
Continue to your hotel for relax and get ready for a camel trek for an hour and half to enjoy the sunset. you will continue to the camp for an overnight in traditional nomad tent.
Dinner and overnight in a tent camp in the middle of the dunes - Fes - Wake up early morning to enjoy the sunrise on the top of the dune, breakfast. After these beautiful moments, you will ride your camel back to the hotel where you can shower. Then transfer to Fez, drop off in Fes at your hotel

Desert Tours - I have always been fascinated by the desert sand and Morocco was a bucket list destination! I went solo and although it was fun, i would advice that you go as a couple or group! You’ll avoid the boredom and language barriers you may encounter. Save for that, the trip went smoothly...i especially enjoyed the local food and slept in a tent 🤓. The drivers and guides were really helpful and most dont struggle with english, so communication is good. Thank you, i look forward to a new vacation soon. Maybe to see the pyramids 🙋🏾♂️
