Clear Waters Tour - I loved the trip to Águas Belas, a beautiful place. We took a buggy ride and got to know a little more about the place. And our guide Dilma Fontes was also wonderful, covering all the important points, being very kind and affectionate with everyone who was on the tour. Wonderful!!!

Disappointed and uncomfortable with the shipping. - Very bad experience. The agency passed the tour on to a partner. Very dirty van, come, uncomfortable. Kind but extremely basic guide. I complained to Vitorino, and the most they responded to me was... Sorry. This partner of theirs doesn't even have Vitorino's standards. Avoid transfers!
