Bucklist Experience fulfilled! - The trip from my bucket list exceeded my expectations. My Driver Asharaf was the consummate professional. He told some interesting stories on the 3-hour ride to Alexandria and my guide Heeba, whom we met in Alexandria knew her stuff and provided ample time and direction for my visit. Lunch was provided (on my option) and it was sublime: Mediterranean sea bass with window-side views out to the sea!! We hit all the expected sights and both Guide and Driver were very accommodating when I asked to do a quick visit of the oldest Coptic Church in Africa on way to Lunch.

Fun day in Alexandria - Very friendly driver and tour guide. Ms Mayiada has immense knowledge about ancient Egypt combined with Greek-Roman mythology as well. The vehicle provided was quite comfortable and they arrived on time at the hotel and dropped us as well. I would suggest taking this tour with Ms Mayiada and enjoying the port city of Alexandria.

5 star trip - 5/5 really a fun trip to see a city that had a really different vibe than Cairo - we had Mimo as your guide and he is highly recommended - very funny and personable but also extremely knowledgeable.

Incredible - I was with Issam for this tour and the other one to visit the Pyramids, All was so incredible !! I can t believe Ive had the chance to be guided with a person like Issam, full of knowledge and so kind. He made everything perfect I will never forget the Emo Tour Experience !!!

The Alexandria library is... - The Alexandria library is awesome. Our driver, Amad promptly picked us up and was courteous. Malwa, the tour guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Fear on the road to Alexandria - While we enjoyed seeing the catacombs, the Pillar of Pompei, the Roman Theatre, the Citadel, and visiting the Library of Alexandria, the driver (Waleed) that picked us up in Cairo was unsafe, unprepared, and unprofessional. He did not have any ID when he picked us up at the hotel as promised in our reservation. The car was filthy and small. Waleed did not speak English and we do not speak Arabic so communication was difficult. On the way to Alexandria, he did not have enough fuel so he stopped three times shopping for gas. One of the times he stopped for his breakfast while we waited in the car for him to finish eating. He was a reckless driver and almost got into an accident 3 times. He did not know the location of the rendezvous point with our Egyptologist guide and constantly stopped to ask for directions. He drove through some very dangerous areas of the city, apparently lost. We feared for our personal safety constantly. Eventually the driver was able to meet up with our guide so we were able to complete our tour of Alexandria. Our guide Fareed did a good job explaining the sites we visited and was friendly and helpful. We learned a lot from his insights and appreciated his kindnesses. Our driver Waleed took us back to Cairo once again driving recklessly and causing us constant anxiety. Eventually we arrived safely at the hotel.
