A fantastic trip up in the snowy peaks and a novel way to look back towards Granada - A fantastic trip up in the snowy peaks and a novel way to look back towards Granada. Our host, Julio, welcomed us and carefully drove up the spectacular pass to the hiking spot. The equipment was in great condition and easy to use. In a mix of Spanish, Portuguese and English, Julio pointed out places of interest and facts about the area. The level of effort required is moderate and you are well-rewarded for it.

A great walk with magnificent view - What a beautiful scene at the top of Europe's southernmost snow mountain. This trip brought us to walk through the icy slopes of Sierra Nevada from which we could see the city of Granada at the bottom of the valley. The sun set was amazing too.

Mountain workout. - It was nice, but we had not that much snow. And to walk uphill with rackets is quite a challenge. We had very nice instructor though.
