Beautiful Town - don't miss it. - Beautiful town with spectacular views. We went to a wine tasting in town at Pruneti Oil, a few blocks from the piazza, and it was wonderful. For 25 euro we each received a tasting of six of their olive oils with green apple slices to cleanse our palates followed by a mixoilgy (I'm spelling that correctly) cocktail - your choice of cocktails mixed with their oils. Very different and very good. After the tasting, we sat outside on their patio and had the cocktails. Highly recommended. If you go to Greve in Chianti don't miss out on stopping at a nearby (10 minutes tops) hilltop town called Montefioralle. Also spectacular. We ate at a fabulous restaurant there called I'Desio. It is tucked away and overlooks the valley below - a better view for lunch there isn't. Daniello opens his home to a hand-full of patrons and you receive a seven-course meal, with wine and water (both natural and frizzante) for 35 euro each. Simply Fantastic!

Perfect Chianti wine tour - We visited MrMaurizios place as part of an individual family to do the Chianti wine tour. It was one of the best days in my this seasons tour. Mr mauricio is an excellent host and he explains all details in clear English. HIS place with its vineyards and landscape is so picturesque. There are no words to describe the wine tasting session. Different types of wines serves with delicious cheese olive oil and saloumis. It was a perfect day. We purchased his moisturising creams snd hand creams . We are using it now. I feel it very good for my ski problems

I didn't know how much fun could be had at a winery! - We went to the Maurizio Brogioni Winery as part of an AirBnB experience. Maurizio was an absolute pleasure to be around. He was so passionate about his work and his passion was clear when he talked about his wines and olive oil. He was also hilarious. It was by far the best and most fun stop on our tour. We cannot say enough good things about Maurizio, I wish we would have spent a week there and spent time with him! We are very excited for our wine and olive oil to make it state side! We would absolutely go back!

Amazing moment, wine, staff & view - Since the first moment, the staff was very welcoming and understanding. We mixed dates and accidentally missed our reservation the day before. However, we arrived to the vineyard and Maurizio, the owner, assured us that there was no trouble. He asked us to return that same day at 2:00pm and still have the tour and wine tasting with no extra fees. This is just the beginning to what came to be one of the most memorable evenings of the trip. This visit was heartwarming, very different from previous tours which i would describe as more commercial. Maurizio showed us around with a happy and calm attitude, we had great conversations and later on great wine tastings! The view was astonishing, we bought another bottle of wine and asked if we could stay longer and there was no inconvenience. A couple of moments later, Maurizio once again joined the conversation, spoke nice words regarding my graduation and life overall. It was a very special and intimate moment, we hugged, i believe i cried a bit and we laughed. This place is a must for anyone who is looking for great wine, great people and great moments! Thank you Maurizio for such beautiful words! “Il tuo vino preferito e come il tuo ragazzo…”. We remember you very dearly!

Overpriced - Overall everything went smooth, met with the owner and got to try his wines but it felt rushed. We didn’t get to explore how the wines are made, we didn’t get to walk in the vineyards, we didn’t get a proper explanation during the testings. The wine was poured with a 30 second explanation and then we were left alone to drink until she came to pour the next wine. Overall it was ok but overpriced for what we received

Not really a tour. - The adresse and name in the Viator site are wrong, so we spent an hour looking for the place. The tour was very short, basically only a tasting.
