  • 8.00 – 8.30AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations…). If customers don’t stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.30AM to get on the bus.
  • Customers have to contact us to confirm pick-up information before going by email or Whatsaap/ phone/ zalo
  • Customers book option 11.30AM, please send passport information details by email or Whatsaap/ phone/ zalo. Please come to our habour in Halong bay to meet our staff & check-in onboard around 11.30AM
  • Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist)
  • Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it’s crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer.
  • Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies… are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
  • For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.

Ha Long Bay 3D2N Cruise - This was the most relaxing part of the trip, planned for immediately after trekking in Sapa by Cong, our guide. La Casta Regal Cruise was luxurious and comfortable, with spacious and modern rooms. You have the flexibility to join in day activities or just lounge on the deck to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery. Definitely worth coming back for!

Was a memorable trip! - Enthusiastic service staff. Guest friendly. Delicious food. The scenery of Ha Long Bay is very beautiful. In particular, the tour guide was super friendly and funny. If I have the opportunity, I will go to Ha Long a few more times and will form a large group to go!

Very good - Very suitable for a short trip to relieve stress, breathe in the sea breeze, visit cool caves, or row a boat to bathe in the bay. The new limousine is spacious and comfortable, no smell, smooth ride, no motion sickness. Meeting the tour guide was fun, enthusiastic and friendly. The two of us go out and ask him to take pictures all the time because the photos are beautiful. Good job 👍

This place deserves to be a world wonder - Ha Long is a very beautiful place. Service is very attentive. Delicious food. Clear blue seascape. Entering the cave to see the wonders of creation is truly beautiful

scam trip we lost money - it is spam they took our money and no calls no pick up we waited almost 2hours there..nobody came and also we called more then 30times no body answer even we write on suport we still dont have no feed back. its teribble i dont understand we payed really more money because the trip was meant to be luxury we didnt choose the cheapest one and they spam us. we also still didnt get promised refound money .. so this experience was awful terrible really shitten our day

Nightmare its a spam - The worst experience ever..we booked this for two persons and no body pick us even on meering point no body even called us..or just pick up the phone number..its a spam people they took our money and its not the cheapest option...so yes they spam us. They took money and didnt gave us any option of this trip so dont do it also the adress theirs its not real. They are fake organizers. So dont do it it was for us the worst experience ever...we stood there one hour , called them more than 20times no answer ...even later they turn off phone
