- Saint Steven Monastery is closed on Mondays. Due to this fact, on this day of the week Rousanou Monastery will be visited
- The monasteries have a strict dress code: men must wear trousers and long sleeves, women must wear a long skirt. If you do turn up in shorts, trousers and skirts will be provided.

Amazing Meteora - Our tour guide Apostolis was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and very entertaining. It is an amazing area to drive through and the monastery and the Byzantine chapel were interesting to visit. Even though we got rained out of a "sunset" it was still a worthwhile tour.

Clouds or sun, this tour will deliver - This was a fantastic tour. Our guide, Katerina, brought the area to life for me. As a local, she had stories about each of the stops that gave them such flavor. You can’t get that from anywhere else. Our driver was amazing in that I never got carsick on those twisty roads, and I always do.
It was a cold cloudy day so we didn’t get to see a sunset. But the whole tour was so much more than that so it didn’t matter.
I can’t recommend this tour enough.

Loved Meteora Sunset Tour and especially the Tour Guide Kate!! - My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our Meteora Sunset Trip! Our experience included many sights and parts of Meteora that we simply could not have seen on our own. The small group size made it easy to interact with the other guests and move around the area easily. Plus, the tour was structured so that, although we were moving fast to see as much of the sights as possible, enough rest time was added so that we were not worn out. But, the best part of the tour was the tour guide, Kate. Kate speaks perfect English, was VERY knowledgeable about Meteora (she is a native to Kalabaka) and she had such a charming and cute personality and she was very humorous throughout the tour. Just loved Kate!!

Magnificent Meteora - What a fantastic tour! Our guide Katerina and our driver made this an interesting and fun tour. Katerina provided historical information on Meterora and the area. I particularly enjoyed the hermit caves and their history. I highly recommend this tour.

Use this tour! - Dimitri and Aris were excellent guides. Well informed, best stops for photos. Everything was well timed. We got lost trying to get to our meeting place and called. They were super helpful getting us to the right place.
