Great experience -- worth the time and $$ - Our tour guide, Caleb, was friendly and knowledgeable. He reached out the day before and was easy to find. He had a lot of interesting information to share -- Key West info in addition to Jimmy Buffett. We got caught in torrential rain, and Caleb was very flexible in letting us try to wait it out under cover. He also provided plastic rain ponchos and after a while, he led the way as we swam to Captain Tony's for our final stop. It was a great tour and a highlight of our trip to Key West.

Interesting tour, great guide - I’m a big Jimmy Buffett fan. When I saw this tour offered, I knew I had to do it. My husband and I met Caleb, our tour guide along with about 14 others outside of Margaritaville on Duvall Street. Caleb was very friendly, informative and funny. We walked around old town Key West for a little over an hour. Caleb pointed out places where Jimmy spent much of his time in Key West from 1971-1979. He played brief snippets from several songs that had ties to certain places. Toward the end we had a rest stop with cold bottled water and a slice of Kermit’s key lime pie. We finished the tour at Capt Tony’s. He then allowed time for questions. All I all, I really enjoyed the tour. My husband, not as big of fan as me, also enjoyed the tour.

Parrot Head - Hearing how Jimmy got started. The Key Lime pie was the best from Kirmit's cafe. Nice walk in the downtown area.

Don't waste your money - Caleb, the tour guide was horrible. He didn't keep group together, didn't assist a participant who fell off the curb to get up, didn't use the mic bc 'he didn't like it'. I have text messages where he acknowledged he did not make sure all participants were accounted for before leaving the rest area. When asked for a refund, he lied to his company stating that my party left the group halfway thru the tour. If that is correct, how were we at the rest stop, with the group (which is the stop before the last stop), and he stated we weren't too far behind the group as they were at the next stop, the last stop, which was the Key Lime Pie place, yet did not provide his participant tourists directions to find him.

Worst tour guide ever - Tour guide Caleb was horrible. A person fell off a curb and he didn't even help the old man up. Caleb didn't keep the group together and when we stopped at the restrooms, which he said we would all be able to use when we got there, he didn't wait for everyone to be present before proceeding, loosing 4 of us. When I texted him, he just told us to catch up with the group, said they weren't too far ahead. Really, how were we supposed to know where he was??? Horrible tour guide.
