VIP beach resort was our favorite excursion ! - We loved our experiences in Costa Mays . After wandering around looking for a cab to take us to the Beach Club and making arrangements , it was a perfect day outing . Our host greeted us, paid for our Taxi, And explained thoroughly about our options at the resort . We could do anything, eat anything, drink anything we desired . Our host took us to our beach chairs, adjusted our umbrella, and we started relaxing at the beautiful playful beach . We could look to our left and SEE our cruise ship just a few minutes away . Diane decided to have a massage and she thoroughly enjoyed it . We would easily do this again .

Best place to spend time off the ship in Costa Maya - Let me start by saying that this is a place that you NEED to go to if you are on a cruise that stops at Port Costa Maya. My family and I rented a golf cart from the port (Red Shirts) and drove ourselves to the resort. They do provide reimbursement for your taxi but I personally like to be in control of my adventure. They did still give me the money. We enjoyed delicious cocktails with fresh made juices and amazing food, Tacos, Guacamole, Queso Dip and Chips Everything was delicious. Resting on the loungers and bed on the shore of the beach was just what we needed for the day. This place is not a scam and as much as I would like to keep it quiet so I can always get a spot there it is a destination that everyone needs to feel. We are already planning on going back!

Fantastic - Great Day with Evan and Christian! They treated us like Royalty! We would recommend this excursion to anyone going to Costa Maya!

I had booked the... - I had booked the incorrect date but was still taken care of ---person on the phone--Evan(?) was super friendly and helpful. All the staff were nice and helpful. Food and drinks were very good. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were comfy. Restrooms were clean.

Great time - Weather was nice just a bit windy. The service was amazing food was good and the drinks were strong. Only negative was the constant hounding from the locals.

Pleasant day at the National. - The service was very nice. Lovely ladies who took care of us. The beach was not great but adequate. The drinks were good and the food was ok. The service made it special.

Nice all inclusive - The taxi service to and from the port was included in the price. The description for pick up did not explain where to go to get the taxi but available staff was helpful in directing us where we needed to go. The facility and grounds were very clean and maintained. The service and the food/drinks were good. Large portions of food was served. They did not skimp on the drinks. The local vendors came around frequently but did not hassle if you told them you were not interested.

Nice place - Very beautiful and well kept up establishment. The pros are there right in the middle of the busy shopping area so there is a lot to see while walking around or scheduling a last minute excursion or dive trip. It is not very busy and there is a lot of space between the lounge chairs so you're not on top of each other. The food and drinks were excellent and the service was above average. I had two servers while I was there. I wish I had written down their names. One was a female and one was a skinny male. I will say I prefer this male to the female as he was more attentive Even though the female was supposed to be the primary server. The only con I had was that there was not any extra activities you could do as compared to other beach clubs nearby. There was no option for a kayaking, snorkeling, etc. My son and I still had a good time though.

A great Costa Maya option - We couldn’t find any Costa Maya options that really appealed to us. We wanted relaxation and pampering for our last port day. We had a very relaxing day at the Beach Club. The transportation was included as stated, the Club wasn’t “fancy” but it had great comfortable beach seating, great restaurant food, drinks and friendly service. The only “downside” was that there was a steady stream of local vendors that were persistently trying to sell their wares. We didn’t mind a little if that, but we were there to try to relax for the day. We did enjoy it overall and would do it again.

Waste of Money - The pickup was on time, the Jeep was a rugged mess. The seat belt alarm rang most of the time. Nothing was clean, and the refreshments was water only. The Viator page is filled with false promises. The driver never gave us options on where we could go. Willy was nice, but told us he is compelled by his boss to take us to particular places, He didn’t know the what was listed in the booking, and a few places we inquired about, we where turned away because the he could pay the “included” admission. The Coco Tiki bar is a rip off. The included food is ok, but they charge rediculous amount for soda or anything else. The water was brown and the snorkeling was a joke. Go anywhere else. For that matter. Never pay up front for a tour, you will not get any value from it.
