- To ensure safety, a driving test will be conducted prior to the departure of the tour. In case the guiding skills are deemed insufficient to participate in the tour, it will not be possible to leave for the tour and no refund will be issued.
- In case of bad weather, which is beyond the tour operator’s control, the tour will be cancelled for security reasons and no refund will be issued.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
