A Wonderful day - Lili is a nice guide and snorkel IS a very valuable activity. You will spend the whole day but It will go so fast that you would want It takes more time

This trip was very fun but not long enough if you want to spend more than one day in key west - We got on the bus at 7 am and got down to key west around 11:45 am. We did a snorkeling trip as well which started at 12:45 pm. We had about an hour to get some food before going on the boat. The snorkeling trip was so much fun and definitely a must to do in the heat of the summer. We went 7 miles out and then snorkeled for about and hour. They also did unlimited drinks on the boat which was so worth it. You can definitely get your moneys worth and drink as many as you can. The ocean and reef was beautiful. I would definitely recommend doing this trip and the reef and rita’s!!

Very happy with the trip - Cidney was an amazing guide! The bus ride was 3 h going and 4 h back since traffic but completely worth it. Snorkeling was super fun and we saw a lot of different species. After the activity you still have some time to have lunch and walk around the city a bit

Loved it! - Cindy was amazing. Best tour guide you could ever ask for. The whole experience was beautiful and educational. You only get 1 hour of actual snorkeling the other 2 are just cruising. I recommend not doing any activities if you’re into exploring new places because if you do an activity it cuts into most of your time that you have left to explore Key West.

A Fantastic Time and Deal - Everybody involved with this experience were very friendly, especially the workers on the catamaran. The open bar at the end was phenomenal. My glass was never empty and they even gave us "roadies".

Perfect organization. - Perfect organization Snorkeling was cancelled because of the weather but it was better because otherwise no time to visit Key West. Visit took me the whole day (6 hours). Just be aware that the bus AC is freezing.

It was ok. - Communication regarding pick up and meeting point needs major improvement. Once the booking was made I received a notification from Viator that pick up would be at 7 am at my hotel. Apparently that was incorrect and the company actually sent an email that pick up was at 6 am. I didn’t know that I was even looking for an email from the company because that was never told to me. I received a call from the company at 6 am that they were outside. We were not ready because I thought pick up was at 7 am so at the last minute we had to drive to downtown Miami to be picked up. We were not given any further instructions except meet at market place and I apparently parked in the wrong place at marketplace and my car was towed. I am not from Miami so I did not have a clue and I did not see the parking signs because I was concentrating on finding the correct meeting location. The tow cost me $289.00. The bus staff was nice and helpful to get you to your destination. The bus itself was horrible. No air conditioning except in the front so everyone in the back was extremely hot. The bathroom smelled like pure piss and the smell lingered in the back of the bus. The vents on the ceiling of the bus were covered with dust. We went snorkeling at the corals and that was really cool. Open bar on the boat after snorkeling during the hour trip back to shore. Then we had about 2 hours to shop and eat before pick up to head back to Miami.

Amazing snorkeling tour and bus driver, HORRID bus. - Our tour bus driver was AMAZING, we LOVE Cindy! But the bus was FILTHY. We could get past it being so cold and honestly welcomed the circulating air. But the bus was horrid. There were roaches everywhere (dead and alive) and flies too. The windows and every corner of that bus honestly had stains and hadn’t been thoroughly wiped down in years. I don’t even want to mention the bathroom. The snorkeling part was amazing though and we went to a great spot!!

Got cancelled - The activity didn’t happen, it was cancelled because of the weather. I have asked for the refund and I was told refund will be given since the activity was cancelled because of adverse weather conditions
