Will go again - Out trip was pushed back because of the sea conditions and it was dark by the time we started our boat ride and couldn’t really see the houses but it was still great.. the crew was nice and we liked the Dj

Average experience - you get what you paid for - It was ok. You get what you paid for. Nothing was excellent just average. The pirate boat was dirty, people was smoking. The view is the view but I did not enjoy the experience on board.

Nice tour with poor information in booking confirmation by Viator - The tour itself was pretty good. Nice "pirate" ship. Motivated crew. However, info on meeting point and time provided by Viator just miserable. We arrived good in advance and needed almost 15 minutes by questioning several other tour operators to find correct meeting point. Start time according to booking confirmation 7:00 p.m. According to tour operator 7:30 p.m. Much room for improvement!

Fun water taxi instructions to pickup were incorrect - Directions to pickup location were incorrect. Which caused us to miss our scheduled time. Since the actual pickup was on the complete other end of Bayside near margaritaville

This was just OK - I had booked this weeks before arriving in Miami as wanted to see the skyline at night! We had only arrived at the airport when I received a message trying to change it to a daytime cruise! I had specifically booked a night time one! It was only that I persisted and asked for a refund so I could book another night time cruise did they book me into a later one that same night! Also the boat isn’t like the photos, it’s covered on the top deck so visibility is a bit restricted if you don’t get a seat at the outside, the seating downstairs is the same, if you don’t get a seat at the window you don’t get to see anything! Unless you really want to see the skyline at night, book a daytime cruise, (with a different company) we did that too and it was so much better !

Wrong cruise and not 2 hours at all - We booked the 7pm night sighting cruise but the cruise departed around 7:40 and we were put on a different cruise. Instead of a regular cruise, we were put onto a pirate ship with little seating and not much place to take pictures. Online it says the cruise was about 2 hrs but it only lasted 1 hr. This is completely false information and advertising. I will definitely not be going on this again.
