Life changing, MUST DO - I would give Emily, Genny, mama and papa 10 stars if I could. We travel a lot and in 30 years this was the best, most authentic experience I have had…in any country. We learned sooo much, the family was sooo nice and I really appreciate how this family that has been in this area for generations respects the food, the art, their heritage and the people they get to share it with. If you are anywhere near positano or sorrento for even a few hours YOU MUST DO THIS EXPERIENCE!!! GRATIZIE, GRATZIE EMILY AND GENNY!

Best start to our trip - Book it. Emily was so gracious and hospitable, her whole family made us feel right at home on our first day in Positano. She even took it upon herself to coordinate a shared cab between the participants the day before. Such a relief. We learned so much and had a lot of laughs with new friends. The food was out of this world, maybe even one of the best meals in Positano. No gimmicks, just a really wonderful welcoming talented family. 5 stars!

Absolutely amazing cooking class - This cooking class was one of the highlights of our vacation at the Amalfi coast this summer. We learned incredible tips and tricks on the Italian cuisine all the while enjoying great company. What made this experience unique was our host Emily. She was kind, friendly and engaging as she shared amazing personal stories while we cooked gnocchis and tiramisus. At the end of the night, both my husband and I could agree we had eaten the best gnocchis of our lives. Thank you Emily and her family!

One of a kind experience - This was truly one of the best experiences we had on our trip to Europe! We love the Italian culture, and this is exactly where you need to go to find that! Emily and her family made us feel like one of their own family members in their home. It was very interesting to hear about Positano years back before all the tourism! Emily showed us how passionate she was at the end of the class when she opened up about her family traditions shedding a few tears with us all.

Terrific authentic home cooking class - Wonderful evening and delightful hosts. We learned a basic pasta recipe prepared with 2 sauces - relying heavily on fresh ingredients from their garden. Tiramisu was simple and delicious. Prosecco and wine were constantly replenished. Lovely dinner table set on the patio high above Positano. A little effort to get there, but Emily helped arrange transportation. Highly recommend. I’m a decent home cook, and learned some new tricks!

One of a kind Positano Cooking Class - Amazing experience. Emily and her family opened their home and made this a one of a kind experience. We learned so many family recipes and heard such wonderful stories. The entire night was perfect and no one was ready to leave. The food was wonderful and if you are in the area, you can’t miss this. Authentic, entertaining and we felt like part of their family. ❤️

Yummy food, great company. Book now! - Amazing experience well worth the money and traveling a little bit outside of main Positano. Emily helped us navigate getting to her beautiful home. We made tiramisu and spaghetti. The family shared stories and prepared a gorgeous dinner for us using what we made. Emily then helped us get a car back to our hotel. Great experience!!!

Highly recommend this cooking experience! - If I could give this a 10-star review, I would!!! I highly recommend this experience for families with older teens, couples, and adult families. This family puts their heart and soul into this experience, and made us feel right at home. The family stories are wonderful as well. And the food, WOW! Farm to table ingredients, with family-based recipes, simply done but absolutely delicious. We dined al fresco and really enjoyed the other people who we were lucky enough to dine with. We will remember this forever!

Highly recommend - Had the most amazing time with Emily. She was so kind and welcoming. She taught us all her mothers and grandmothers recipes. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a lovely cooking class in Positano. I have done many cooking classes before, but nothing like this one.
