Highlights
  • New Delhi - A vehicle will collect you from your designated hotel or a predetermined spot in the city center and transport you to ITC Maurya at 6 pm. Once the visit is concluded, you will be returned to your hotel or the designated spot.

ITC Maurya, set amidst lush greenery in the central part of Delhi, stands as a top-tier luxury hotel and is recognized as the favored lodging for international dignitaries and leaders.

The ambiance of the restaurant, with its stone walls and traditional furniture, reflects the earthy heritage of its cuisine and is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to New Delhi. Bukhara brings to life the age-old charm of the tandoor, or clay oven, with its enticing array of tandoor-roasted kebabs, vegetables, and breads.

Bukhara has mastered the culinary arts, as showcased by its signature dishes - the robust Bukhara Sikandri Raan, the creamy Bukhara Murgh Malai kebabs, and the legendary Dal Bukhara, a rich blend of black lentils (urad dal), tomatoes, ginger, and garlic, meticulously cooked in the tandoor’s slow-burning coal fires for 18 continuous hours.

Bukhara - must visit food in Delhi - The food at Bukhara is excellent, especially their daal bukhara and pudina parantha are not be missed. The staff is extremely professional and cordial. Special thanks to Partab Bains who made sure we got a seat without waiting too much. I’d definitely like to visit Bukhara again with the rest of my family.
