Our best tour ever!!! - I can only say that it was a memorable day.
We saw first-hand the daily life on the estates and how they produce wine in a family way, without industrializing production. I believe this results in better quality wines. We went to lunch at another very simple, family-run farm with its own winery. We loved the homemade food they offered us and we were able to visit the kitchen up close and participate in the preparation of the meals.
We stopped a couple of times at beautiful viewpoints and ended our day with a trip on the River Douro, on an exclusive boat just for our group of 7. We were able to drink Port wine and snack on some sweets on board.

Family Trip - We had an incredible day with Filipe, our guide.
We started the morning with a visit to a farm, with excellent wines and very traditional, without too much fuss.
We went to lunch at another quinta and had another wine tasting. The food was wonderful and typical of the region. We were very well received! We ended our afternoon on an incredible cruise, just for our group and we were able to drink and eat some snacks on board! It was exceptional!
I recommend it and it was the best day in Portugal

Fantastic 10 hour trip 🤩 - We had an absolutely fantastic 10 hour trip where we felt safe throughout. 2 wonderful visits to wineries, where we ate a 4 course menu with 3 types of wine + 1 taste test on one and 5 taste tests on the other. Nice spots, with a stop for a photo and a super calm sailing trip on the river, on an electric small 12 person boat, with another 2 glasses of wine. All through the most wonderful day, quietly through all the experiences and not least big praise to our driver and guide Filipe. His enthusiasm and knowledge of everything we passed, and his eagerness to make our trip the best, made our day complete, thank you for that 🙏

Hard to beat Wine tour - Outstanding! Our tour driver, Filipe, picked us up on time, went over the plan for the day, with no time wasted, we were on our way. Filipe is a “true” professional driver, very knowledgeable of the Douro wine valley. Driving the wine vineyard roads is not an easy challenge. Filipe always asked if we needed anything, answered our questions the best he could. All in all, the private tour is the only way to completely enjoy the Douro Valley.

Two thumbs up - Had the BEST day. I had a couple questions about pickup and coordination of the day, and the staff was super friendly and responsive. The tour itself was magical. We went to some lovely wineries and our guide really went above and beyond for the whole experience. This was by far my favorite thing I did on my trip to Portugal. Highly recommend. Boat cruise was also a lovely relaxing treat.

Douro Day - We had a cracking day with Delfina from Wonders Tours.
Her knowledge of not just the Douro, but the region in general and the fact she gets on well with the people we were introduced to made the trip very friendly.
We only booked the day before, but Wonders kept us informed of the plan and everything went like clockwork.
Great day out.

Unforgettable day in the Douro - Very beautiful day in the Douro Valley. Very well constructed circuit (thanks to Patricia for her advice and her welcome during our visit to the agency for the reservation). A big thank you to Filipe our guide, who took care of us all day to make this one unforgettable, we were amazed by these magnificent landscapes.

Wonderful Wine Valley trip - We chose this after our kayak tour was cancelled due to weather. I’m actually glad it worked out that way. Magdalena was a great guide. She was very personable and although we had a wet start to the day had a great attitude. This is a small group tour- she was very interactive with us. The winery was awesome and we even got to go in an actual wine barrel. The river cruise was ok to get that vantage point but the views from above in the car were unmatched. Lunch was at a fantastic restaurant. Absolutely would recommend.
