Postponed and then cancelled, terrible - The visit was for 2pm and at 1pm we were contacted by telephone to move it to another day due to disorganization, which was impossible for us given that we were coming from Sicily specifically. They then proposed another time, 3pm, which forced us to make a new bus reservation for the return to Naples, losing the money paid, and then also canceling the 3pm visit. At that point we had to queue for an hour to buy the ticket, a queue to enter and the visit without a guide. Furthermore, the tour operators were rude on the phone. Very bad. Never with them again.
