Amazing guide/chef/driver, Jimmy is the bomb! - Jimmy was an amazing host! He not only drove the van. He also did all the cooking and had arranged wonderful wine tastings for us all. Three wonderful wineries in the Hunter valley, Pokolbin estates, Ernest hill and Saddler’s creek. All the wineries were exceptionally friendly, and the pours were generous. Pokolbin was especially entertaining with Hannah as chief som and all around entertainment. And their wines were fabulous! Can you say Nebbiolo rose’? Plus an initial breakfast stop at a beautiful overlook of the Hawksbury River where Jimmy made cooked to order breakfast sandwiches with respect to all allergies. I cannot recommend this tour enough. Great value, great guide, great wines. Don’t think, just go!

The best of the best! - One of the best tours I’ve ever been on! A first class food and wine lovers paradise. Jimmy is a rare gem in the travel industry. At one point my wife said to me, “We won the lottery when we picked this tour! ” She was right…as always.

Definitely book this tour while in Sydney! - What a wonderful day we had exploring the Hunter Valley and enjoying food and wine pairings at several wineries. We even happened upon some wild kangaroos in a vineyard. Pick up and drop off at our Sydney hotel was very convenient. Our host, Jimmy, took care of everything for our day and maintained a festive atmosphere from start to finish. We highly recommend this tour as the perfect way to visit and experience the Hunter Valley wine area from Sydney.

High End Wine Tour - Met Jimmy in morning at the Fish Market and found only 8 of us on tour. Jimmy was really informative from start to finish. His food was first class and he even found time to teach us all how to make Sushi, then serve it up for afternoon tea. Three wineries and a chocolate shop plus Breakfast ,lunch and desert completed an awesome day out. rounded up with Jimmy going the extra and dropping us off very near our Hotel ( not part of the deal ). Jimmy really made this Tour for us and everyone should make an effort and join this one Man Business and give him the support he deserves. Absolutely Fantastic Service.

Phenomenal Experience - Chef was great. Food was fantastic. I ate things I normally do not. Highly recommend it. Super awesome experience. But the wineries are ok. We went to 3 wineries and I only bought in 1. I was looking for a wine more full body and none of them provided it. I had to ask to taste other wines

Food, wine and nature for body and soul - We had a great day and the weather was very nice. Jimmy made the day very interesting and kept up a good spirit with his insight in food, wine and the Australian nature around Hunter Valley. Jimmy definately is worth a 5-star rating and we truly enjoyed it, coming all the way from Finland to get a gourmet experience.

Better than just a wine tour - We really enjoyed Jimmy's tour. His relaxed knowledgeable commentary was the right amount of anecdotes and interesting tit bits. A great way for us to start our week in Sydney. The only regret was that there weren't more classic Aussie rock ballads to accompany us on the trip back. That is quibbling though, a very enjoyable first visit to the Hunter Valley and we thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtfully matched food and wine.

Good food, wine and fun - Jimmy was informative, interesting, entertaining and knew when to be silent and just let us enjoy the surroundings. He obviously loves what he does and takes an enormous pride in his cuisine. He was conscious about guests’ individual requirements relating to food and also in relation to their deadlines and did his best to assist them as far as he could. A superb day. William and Sara
