Entertaining, enjoyable, and tasty - This was a exciting and entertaining cooking class! We learned and practiced how to make authentic pasta and tiramisu and had the chance to try our creations. Everyone's pasta turned out no matter how bad they were at making it. They had us put our names on the tiramisu dishes so we knew which ones were ours, however, they also had us write our names on cards with our sauce selection which gave us the impression that we were getting our own pasta. Once we received our dishes, we found out that they basically just cooked all the pasta together and added the sauces for each specific person. Our chef was entertaining and took care to make sure each person was keeping up and making their pasta correctly. The process was lengthy but enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this activity!

Lory taught me to believe in God though pasta making - I came to pasta making class an ardent atheist and I had no intention of changing. I saw the world as a dark and lonely place where nothing was sacred and everything we love would inevitably be lost to us. Upon arrival, my family and I walked in, and met Lory. She was the paragon of kindness, and clearly a master of international relations. She then shared with us her love of pasta and how life changing pasta making can be. Chef Lory told us of how we can gain true joy through pasta making, but warned us that this journey was not free and would cost a dire price. In order to find the eternal freedom of pasta making, we would be required to face down our darkest demons. Before today, I had no hope of finding peace from the skeletons in my closets. Hearing the genuine love in Lory’s voice, alighted the dead coals in my heart. I grabbed onto this one chance, and soon the small flame became a large fire, which would serve to warm my soul forever. I found joy in pasta making, but I also learned the most important lesson of my life. It is that together we can accomplish anything. Lory and I fought my demons together, and we won, because we made pasta together. Now I am happy and hopeful with 3 kids and a dog and I am out of debt, and I can make a really good fettuccine. 5/5 stars.

Chef Lory taught me to make pasta better than everyone in my family! - Chef Lory was so much fun and so kind! I had no idea what I was doing but she made me feel so confident that I ended up making the best pasta out of my whole family (and there were 8 of us, so competition was high)! Highly recommend!!

Yummy - Lory was funny and informative. This was a fun experience. We learned to make 3 student pastas and a tiramisu. Although everything is measured to the "t"... it's still a great experience.
