Great experience while learning a new skill. - I did the cooking class last night and had a wonderful time. Our chef, Dani, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great instructions and helped us make our pasta, ravioli, and tiramisu. Starting the evening by getting to know the other participants over a drink and then finishing with a shared dinner of our homemade delights. The sauces Dani made to compliment the pasta were delicious. Highly recommend the class as a fun way to learn or improve a new technique and share a meal with new friends.

Bueno bueno bueno - Very inclusive of everyone, Favorite part was to massage the flour while making the dough and eat at the end when he prepares the pasta with delicious sauces

Pasta making in Rome - Great couple of hours making pasta, tiramisu and memories. Dani was the host and very helpful. Recipe came through this morning on email. Would have liked details of the tomato sauce as well to replicate at home.

Loved this class so much! - This pasta and tiramisu cooking class was an excellent choice for us! It was hosted by IQook and is apparently run through the IQook hotel in Rome, near Termini. The class was small - we were told they have a limit of 12 per class. This makes it easy for the instructor to provide personal attention, which Danielo did. We made both fettuccine, which was served with a red sauce, and ravioli, which was served with a simple butter sauce. I have to say, that ravioli was my favorite and was by far the best pasta we ate during our 5 days in Rome!! Im craving it right now!! We also made some delicious tiramisu, which we ate for dessert. Our instructor was Danielo, and he was so good. He spoke great English, and had a couple of assistants there to help him with serving, cleaning up, etc. This experience was very well organized and the venue was extremely clean. I noticed when Dani cooked our pasta, he did each group separately so you knew you were eating your own pasta. For instance, he cooked mine and my husband's pasta together and served us, then went on to the next family/group. I really appreciated the time and care to do this, and he was able to do so because of it being a small group. Dani catered to every one of us during the class. There were two teenagers and two younger kids in our class, and I felt it was an excellent experience for them as well. Regarding drinks, we had prosecco, wine, and Lemoncello, which were all high quality beverages. The kids and those who did not drink were offered other options - they were not ignored! Overall, there was so much food, I could not eat it all, and we had a really fun time as well. I researched a lot of options for this tour, and I'm so glad I picked this one!! The value for the cost was very high. You will not regret doing this experience!

A tasty experience in Rome - The class, led by Chef Danilo, took place at 6:00 pm. There were 7 of us. We prepared the tiramisu first followed by the pasta. The class was fun, clear instructions from the chef. The result was delicious which we accompanied with wine and limoncello. I highly recommend this experince.

Great family pasta class - We did this class as a family of 4 (two boys aged 8yo and 12yo). It was such a great experience. The work-space is ideal, lots of space for a medium-sized group - clean and modern kitchen. Instruction was easy to follow and the result was delicious. Staff was kind and helpful. Would recommend for a family vacation 110%.

Fun experience and tasty meal - This class was really fun! We made tiramisu, fettuccine and ravioli. Afterwards we enjoyed the food that we made. It was my favorite meal in Italy - better than the restaurants! Our chef, Danilo, was very patient and a great teacher. Everyone, including our 12 year old, was able to make the pasta successfully. We would definitely do this again!
