Considerate staff = excellent experience! - The employees were very nice, and especially helpful after we booked a similar tour with what turned out to be a scam. The staff at Beach Bum were empathetic and accommodating. The tour itself was great, although the day was quite hot. The lunch was excellent and so refreshing! Bring your sunscreen!!!

A bit of exercise, sun, and a way to see the east coast of the island. - We enjoyed to bike ride. it was warm and make sure you wear sunscreen. Lunch was good. Our guide was friendly and nice. The bikes worked well. Next time, I think I will try the E-bike tour of Punta Sur.

Nice scenic ride - Johnny the guide was awesome. Got some great pictures. Playa Punta Morena was a great spot for lunch. Very beautiful place and the food was really good. I recommend the fish fajitas.

Great ride with a view - This was the second time we have done this tour. It’s a great way to ride on uncrowded roads with some amazing ocean views and visit a few places on the East side. Johny was great with taking care of the bikes and showing us the sights. Will definitely try another tour or rent some bikes here when we return.

Great day outing if your not diving - Easy and safe ride on bike path. Good equipment and Jony, our guide was very helpful with novice e-bike riders. Good way to spend the day if your not a diver.

The Very Best Excursion Ever! - The East side beach bike riding with Milton was the best excursion my wife and I have ever done! And we’ve been on over 30 cruises and done over 100 excursions. It was just gorgeous, scenic, beautiful, fun bike riding on great bikes. I wanted a nice workout and got it … and my wife just wanted to cruise and she could do that on the electric bike.

Wonderful Excursion - Our guide was Milton. He made our trip so enjoyable! He was kind positive, helpful, considerate. He showed us how to use the bikes, which we had never done before, and made it very safe and easy for us. We had a great paced trip up and back enjoying the outstanding scenery. Good lunch and a bit of shopping at the turn around point. Highly recommend this tour!

Enjoyable East-side Cozumel e-Bike Tour - Really enjoyed this tour. In the end, it was like a private tour, because nobody else had booked for that day. Our guide, Milton, was great. Lunch was served a nice location - nothing too fancy but really enjoyable, and it made a nice break in the ride. Scenery is fantastic. Lots of iguanas. Also saw crocodiles at one of our stops. Would have given it 5 stars, but the bikes need some work. One of our bikes was in serious need of some tender love and care - very rusty chain, very loose chain / poorly adjusted derailleur (which prevented shifting into a harder gear), and a partially detached saddle. It was rideable, but there was a lot of time spent spinning at high cadence. The other bike was in better shape, but the brakes needed work (loud squealing) and there was something weird going on with the sensors supporting the e-capabilities. I am not an e-bike expert, but it seemed to be more than an issue of unfamiliarity.

DO NOT BOOK WITH BEACH BUM COZUMEL! - DO NOT BOOK WITH BEACH BUM COZUMEL! My husband and I booked the half day e-bike tour of East Side with lunch for Wednesday 2/28 while in Cozumel on a cruise. We received a text the day before advising to print voucher, which we already had with us. We arrived early and were told by the gentleman who worked that that the tour was cancelled due to bike races occurring that day. We were disappointed but tried to be understanding. As we walked thru town and spoke with other locals we came to find out there were no bike races that day, and we rented a jeep which we drove along the same route we would have biked on and there were absolutely no races that day. This tour company lies and is not reputable. Please do not make the mistake we did, take your time and money somewhere else!!!
