All the dishes are made from local and seasonal ingredients. The ‘menu’ may change, but staple foods like ‘parmigiana di melanzane’ are served with renowned local wine. Family recipe-based desserts and the ubiquitous limoncello round off this delightful Italian family-style culinary journey.

“DELICIOUS”! - We had an amazing and informative tour of various restaurants, tasting delicious local produce and wine. The whole evening was fun and interesting and we’d highly recommend to any traveller

Excellent lunch time food tour. - We had an excellent lunch time tour visiting four different restaurants/bars. Vanessa and Lee were so friendly and were great hosts and very knowledgeable about Italian life and food culture. The food, wine, limoncello and coffee we had on the tour were wonderful and there was a lot of it! The tour is highly recommended - I also recommend you don't eat breakfast!

Fun times and fabulous food! - We had the most wonderful food tour with Lee and Vanessa. Both women are so warm, friendly, and funny--the laughs began within the first few moments and didn't stop for three hours. The food was fantastic, we met wonderful new people, and gained so much knowledge about food and culture in Sorrento. We even returned to some of the spots later in the week to enjoy more of the delicious food and drinks.
I have already recommended this tour to friends travelling to Italy, and I would do another tour with the Gourmet Girls myself if I return to this part of the country! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience--it was a highlight of our time in Sorrento.

Absolutely fabulous! - Hands down our favourite part of our honeymoon!
These ladies know how to do food! We had the best afternoon on a lunch tour visiting their favourite haunts, learning about the italian way of life when it comes to food and wine, and trying all kinds of dishes. The food was absolutely delicious in every single restaurant we went too. We were in a small group which was really comfortable. I only wish that we had done it earlier in our trip so that we could return to some of the restaurants we visited. Both ladies were really friendly and made us feel very welcome.
Would highly recommend that you book in with them!

The BEST food and wine in Italy ! - This was EPIC. The 2 ladies who run this are such a giggle and superb at what they do.
We loved it all , insane food, insane wine and such a laugh !
A must do in sorrento. So much food and wine !!! Very very reasonable.

Make time during a visit to Sorrento for the Gourmet Girls - First, all the food was delicious. The variety of restaurants was incredible and are some gems that might be missed without the wonderful Gourmet Girls.
Second, Vanessa and Lee are the best. They are not just filled with information about Sorrento and the food scene there, but they are genuinely nice people that love their city and sharing stories about Sorrento and themselves.
If you get a chance to visit Sorrento, you will not regret or forget spending the time with the Gourmet Girls.

Fun food tour - This was a very well-organized tour with excellent guides. The food was great. We had a nice group and really enjoyed ourselves. There were 4 stops with some walking in between.

DO NOT MISS THIS TOUR IN SORRENTO - Our tour with Vanessa and Lee was wonderful. They are so very immersed in their culture in Sorrento. We walked in the “ local” area where we sampled delicious food with wonderful wine pairings. Vanessa and Lee are the owners and are so warm and friendly, and their interaction with everyone left us feeling we had been friends for a long time! This tour is a definite 10… thank you!
