Misunderstanding when booking and subsequent price surcharge, fear when arriving, mass processing in the reservation - The safari and lunch were OK, but NEVER again with this operator!!! My daughter and I were scared to death when we arrived, and my husband also learned to be afraid. In addition, the booking times/information were misleading, so that in the end, "out of goodwill", we paid 2,100 Rand "voluntarily - but actually involuntarily" more than was advertised on the Internet.
