Great customer service - We had a 100 minute tour booked.
On the day of the tour, there was torrential rain and thunderstorms forecast, so they emailed offering a full refund or to change to the following day.
We rebooked, but unfortunately the weather was no better, so was cancelled again.
They immediately confirmed that a refund had been issued which was in my account within a couple of days.
Although I can’t comment on the tour itself, their customer service was great.

Canal Tour - The tour was a relief from the crowds. The guide was knowledgeable. The guide kept to the quieter canals that had less traffic and explained safety beforehand.

Cancelled but Grateful - Unfortunately, our kayak adventure was cancelled due to a forecast of rain. I rated this tour 5 stars because the tour notified us early about the cancellation and promised to reimburse the charges. Their directions to the event location were good (we did an early walk to scope it out) but I recommend everyone take the walk to make sure they know how to get there! Thank you!

A wonderful way to see Venice - I booked the evening tour and was lucky enough to have a one to one tour with Giulia (I hope this spelling is right) and it was amazing. I'd highly recommend going at night, it's not too busy/crowded and it's just beautiful. Giulia was fun, friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience lovely. Give her a raise! It's a really unique and interesting way to see Venice.

An unforgettable trip - warmest recommendation - Exploring Venice by kayak was indescribable! You travel far away from mass tourism, see the hustle and bustle of the locals and learn a lot about the history of Venice. We felt safe and could ask our guide Agustina anything. Thank you very much!

Such an amazing way to see Venice - Such an amazing way to see Venice. My wife and I went at night and were lucky to be the only people on the tour. A leisurely paddle along both the canals, some busy with cafes and others quiet as a mouse. We learned a little about the history of Venice and the particular area, but the unique point of view was the real selling point.

Awesome, unique experience! Just a little hard to hear - We had a great time exploring Venice from within the canals - the experience was unbelievable! The views were incredible and our guide was really knowledgeable on the area. It would have been even better if the guide had a speaker to amplify his voice, though, as it was difficult to hear at times. That said, the tour was entirely unique and well worth doing!

Terrible experience. Would not recommend - Booked a 1hr beginner session as my wife and I had limited kayaking experience.
Instructor was completely unhelpful, giving vague instructions and had a general attitude of ‘figure it out yourself’. He even took off far ahead of the group so there was no ‘tour’ to speak of.
The whole operation also seemed disorganized with several of the kayaks wet and needing to be sponged dry at the start of the session
