Moreover, the park has recorded the presence of over 400 unique species of birds. Tsavo East and West are famous for their dust-red elephants and lions notorious for being man-eaters. Tsavo stands as one of Kenya’s most extensive wildlife conservancies, divided further into Tsavo East and West. Interesting features to look out for in Tsavo West include Mzima Springs, a rhino sanctuary, and Shetani Lava. On the other hand, Tsavo East boasts the Galana River, Mudanda Rocks, the Yatta Plateau, and Lugard Falls.
