Here you’ll explore the Barqouq mosque & School in Nahassen, El Aqmar Mosque, the Mosque of El Saleh Tale, The Blue Mosque, the Dome, Hospital & School of Qalawoon among others.
You’ll also have the opportunity to visit Bayt El Sehaymi, a 350 year old house. A stroll along Al Darb Al Ahmar Street will reveal interesting local trades and crafts. Further north on Suq al-Selah Street, you’ll stumble upon the Saddlemakers Market (Suq al-Surugiyyiah), offering a variety of handmade leather goods. This leads to Al Moez Street, recognized as Cairo’s most stunning Islamic street.
