A Sweet Tour - This tour was a great way to see the highlights of Abu Dhabi. Our tour guide/driver, Jaiswal, was prompt and highly organized and was very helpful in helping us take that "perfect" photo. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is stunning. The stop in the date market was a perfect place to pick up some treats to take home. The timing at each photo stop was just right to enjoy the setting and views. This was a very memorable experience.

Lovely summary of Abu Dhabi - Jaiswal was our great driver and host. Had a lovely morning in Abu Dhabi. The Grand Mosque is one of the most beautiful buildings I have ever seen! The remainder of the places were photo stops (which we knew to be the case). Jaiswal gave us a brief overview of each place we visited. Recommend this tour if you are short on time.

Simply Beautiful - Breathtaking experience!! The only thing I didn’t like was this wasn’t a guided tour. You are pretty much on your own as far as walking around. No history was given, but the Mosque is beautiful!!

Tour to abu dhabhi full day - Jaiswal ji is a awasone person to travel with. He was helpfull and his behaviour with us was excellent. He explained each abd every place in detail. Listened to our query also. Made us compertable. I will recommened him for tours when anyone is in dubai or abu dhabhi.

NOTHING PREMIUM ABOUT THIS TOUR DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! - The whole tour was rubbish from start to finish was definitely not worth what we paid no value for money considering we paid nearly £300 for this trip. The Tour Guide we had was extremely poor, he gave us no facts regarding Abu Dhabi or any additional knowledge that may have been worth us knowing. We arrived at the Mosque which was the first stop at the tour and was self lead by us. This was beautiful and best part about the tour! After we had finished in the Mosque it was advised on the booking that we would have stop offs on the way back to our Hotel back in Dubai. However, the driver/Tour Guide we had would just pull up to these stops and order us to “Get out” in a very abrupt and rude manner without even telling us where we was and what we were meant to be looking at! This was extremely nerve wracking as three young women in Abu Dhabi who had never been before! This happened at all of the stops we visited. All the Tour Guide was worried about telling us were the Driving Laws and convictions that you could get in Abu Dhabi! When we arrived at Heritage Village, the driver parked up and again ordered us to get out and walk towards the entrance. We wasn’t sure what to expect from this stop off as it wasn’t on our list of viewing points. As we headed up to the security guard on the door he advised we could not come in without our Tour Guide. At this point our Tour Guide was sitting down with others and having a chat! We asked him to come up to the front as the guard would not let us in and he said “you do not need me”. We then asked again and he got up walked aimlessly in front of us at a far distance. The security guard then let us go through with no issues but our Tour Guide once again disappeared and let us go off on our own devices. He then reappeared after 5 minutes and at this point gave us a few random facts of the village as it seemed he had been told by someone of a senior level to actually do his job! After this, we had one more stop off which was Ferrari world but by this point my friends and I had all just had enough and wanted to get back to our hotel safely. We thought the tour was a complete waste of money considering the amount we paid and it was only for a half day yet we didn’t get anything out of it other than the mosque! The driver looked extremely happy to drop us off earlier than the scheduled time so he really wasn’t bothered whether we was interested or not. There was no communication on the way back to our hotel in Dubai until we got out the car at our hotel and all the Tour Guide said was “review review”. The only review and feedback I am providing is how much of a disappointment this was and that we will tell everyone to avoid at all costs! We have all used Viatour for various tours in the past but this was the worst experience we have ever had. I have since contacted Viatour for a refund and all they have responded back with is that Desert Thrills have rejected my refund with no explanation. Viatour are also not taking any accountability!
