Demi is the guide! - Fantastic tour. If you are going to hire a guide, you want information about the guide, not so much the tour. Our guide was beyond fantastic. I booked this tour about 18 months ago. Our guide, Demi, contacted me through whats app shortly after I booked it. She asked what we wanted to see. First time in Beijing for us so I asked for recommendations. She did that and then gave a list of hotels for us to stay at. We traveled by cruise ship to Tianjin by Cruise. Demi picked us up, took us to the Great Wall. Along the way was a great history lesson. We arrived and spent time at the wall. Demi booked a 4:30 show for the Chinese acrobats. The Great Wall had some great competition here. Super show. We spent the evening at a hotel and had an issue with our visa. Demi called the clerk and worked things out. The next day we started at 8 am. Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and Heavenly Temple. The guide makes all of the difference. This is the guide you want!

Demi is a family in Beijing!!! - The tour was orgnized perfact!!! The car, the time and the explainings of Demi of every thing about the great wall and beyond!!! Demi gave us a feeling of having a family in Beijing!!! We could not imagine it can be... gar and beyond our expactations...!!!! We had her help even on the days she did not with us... in having taxis and tip on our free days...!!! Demi is a family in Beijing!!!!

A Guided Tour with Demi Through the Forbidden City and Mutianyu Great Wall - We had a limited time visiting Beijing and decided to go for a guided tour which we do not regret. Starting off we went to the forbidden city where Demi was very knowledgeable and led us through telling us everything we needed to know and more. After an interesting visit there we drove towards the great wall section of Mutianyu. Demi took us to a nice restaurant where we had a buffet style lunch which was very tasty and reasonably priced. Navigating the forbidden city and the great wall can be challenging if you don’t speak Mandarin but with Demi around it was no problem at all! Driver was good, and the car journey was overall comfortable. We had a day with Demi and would absolutely recommend everyone to do a guided tour with her!

Amazing visit to Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven - Toured Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. The views were amazing and it was a fabulous trip. Demi did a great job of explaining the history and context in each location, was extremely patient and deeply knowledgeable. Strongly recommend her!

Excellent and fun communication from our guild Demi at the Great Wall and Summer Gardens - Demi was a great guide. I've been traveling to China from the US over 50 time in the last 23 years doing business throughout the country and have communicated with several Chinese people who speak English. Demi is with the best of those who speak clear English and she understands it excellently as I spoke to her. She even understands and speaks the US social and cultural mannerisms. It was very fun to speak and listen to her, especially since she was extremely knowledgeble in the subjects she spoke about during our tour, really learned a lot, but really enjoyed communicating with her while doing so. She was a very good choice for being our guide.
