- Piazza Caduti sul Lavoro - You will find the ingredients, already ready, to prepare the tasty Sicilian arancini and the raw ingredients to see the cooking phase. then you will learn how to form the arancini, pan them and fry them. we will make the classic arancina with meat, the butter one with ham and the sweet arancina with ricotta and chocolate. wine and lots of good music will surround the experience, and once the work is done you can enjoy a delicious aperitif in addition to the arancini while admiring the splendid sunsets that my panoramic balcony offers every evening. it will be a cheerful and unique experience and the beautiful reviews written by my guests prove it. during the cooking you will be given a photo of the experience as a souvenir of the hours spent together. guests enter my house as guests but……… they leave as friends ;) and this is my great pride. I love meeting new people and I have made cheerfulness and light-heartedness a strong point of my experiences. I wait for you!

My home is between the Noah's Ark pet shop and the hairdresser cuts and details. It overlooks the viewpoint of Campofelice di Roccella but the entrance is from the square behind the viewpoint.

Great course! - We spent an evening learning 3 traditional dishes specific to Sicily. Arenchini, Cannoli, and Sardines. We are happy to add these to our repertoire. Graziella was a fantastic teacher and host. Beautiful ocean view from her home. She is very easy to talk to and its clear she loves what she does. The cooking course came with the addition of wine and a meal of the 3 dishes we learned to make. I would recommend spending some time learning from Graziella if you're in Northern Sicily. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.
