Indulge in our traditional classic of wine and cheese tasting! Savour the distinct pairings of our organic Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT wines with assortments of cheese, jams, and balsamic vinegar, all either sourced from our farm or local producers. We also provide a fixed-rate transportation service on request, from the city center of Assisi or Spello, the Assisi train station, or local hotels.

Wonderful experience - The wine and cheese tasting at Tili21 was well above our expectations. We were welcomed cordially and warmly (even earlier than the booked time), and each wine was explained to us in detail and with passion. Everything we tasted was excellent, from the bruschetta to the cured meats and cheeses, plus of course the delicious wine - we actually bought three bottles! There was a lot of attention and availability for my celiac disease, in fact the bread was specially gluten-free for me. I have already recommended many friends to try the tasting and I will continue to do so!

a sensory journey! - The wine cellar offers an extraordinary sensorial experience through its fine wines. Great Tour - The hostess was very knowledgeable she gave us a very clear understanding of the wine making process. The wine was very good. It was good to see that the use mo chemicals in the process

Amazing Experience! - This was without a doubt the highlight of our Italian adventure! My friend and I visited Tili Vini in mid-January. Our hosts were so welcoming and the food/wine were incredible! We got a beautiful history lesson as well :) I would recommend this tour/location to anyone.

Winery tour & tasting paired with local cheese - My daughter and I had a great experience and visit with Maria, the owner! What a gem of a place! The wine was great, paired well with the local cheeses. Maria gave us a nice walking tour of the winery and also showed us how they make their own olive oil. Which, by the way, is amazing as well! Over all great experience and would highly recommend.

Awesome - Absolutely incredible- had a great time. Awesome wine and olive oil. Everything is done all natural - organic- low acid. Would highly recommend this winery if ever in Assisi.

meraviglioso - Four of us (US citizens) visited Tili Vini early evening mid October 2022 for wine and cheese. The building used for the tasting is set among the vineyards and olive groves on a west facing slope. It’s a beautiful setting, and as we enjoyed their wine and cheese we had a gorgeous sunset to view, also. Of course the wines and cheeses were wonderful! A huge plus to this experience was that the family members that served, visited, told their story, and laughed with us. I sincerely doubt that we could have had a more delightful wine tasting. And yes, we had some wine shipped to our home and are anxiously waiting to enjoy it.

Good - It was very interesting because it was a winery that only works with organic wines! For the cost-benefit ratio, it's worth knowing. We just had trouble finding the place when we arrived, they should have better signs on the road, more clearly...
