Great local food and conversation - I had a great time with Patomporn, or JoJo. I was 1/2 hour early, and she came right away to the meeting place. She thought her English was not that good, but she was able to explain everything to me. There was only one word for a local fruit that she had to look up on google, and it did not have an English translation. She had to ask for thai chili peppers and spices for me. She was also able to get only a couple fruit to try instead of a kilogram of fruit. I highly recommend her, but you should have two people. It was a lot of food for one person, and I took some back with me.

unforgettable food adventure in Bangkok - I had such a great time with Piyaporn tasting my way around some of the best food Bangkok had to offer. one of the primary reasons I was visiting Bangkok was to try the food, and taking this tour with Piyaporn was like getting shown around by a local friend. her passion for food and sharing what she knew about Bangkok and the items we tried made the tour that much better. she even provided me with recommendations for items I wanted to try that we didn't get to try on the tour! I would highly recommend Piyaporn and this experience to anyone wanting to explore Bangkok's food scene.

Night in China town - Kim was a great host! He took a group of 5 of us around China Town on a fast paced and fun food tour! We ate plenty of food, sipped tea, rode a tuk tuk, and went out of his way for one last stope with our group. He answered questions for us and was funny! Thanks Kim!

Awesome - We (2 persons) did the ‘A taste of Bangkok: Street food tour’. It was a great afternoon. Sammy can tell great stories about the area and customs. We had some delicious tastings, and next time you know where to go. It is not “just” a food tour but the tour also tells a lot about culture and we visited a Hindu Temple, with a lot of explanation from Sammy.
It really feels like you are walking the city with someone you already knew. The funniest thing was that the next day we visited one of the many many temples in Bangkok, in a complex with even more temples and many visitors, and we suddenly saw Sammy with two guest among the visitors. Such a coincidence. It felt like meeting a friend!

Fun and Informative - Kim was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and passionate about good quality food. A great start at a locals restaurant then a visit to a market with lots of tasting opportunities. It was also great to have Kim as our guide in China Town as it’s an amazing but all senses consuming place! The tea shop is not to be missed either.

Hidden gems! - We did an evening street food tour with Sammy. Everything was perfect and all 6 members of our group loved it! We had 2 vegetarians and Sammy made a big effort to ensure they had great options too without comprising for anyone.
Went to some fantastic vendors that we never would have found ourselves. Highly recommend doing a tour with Sammy!

Informative and tasty food tour - We had a fantastic tour with Sammy - he adapted the tour based on our experience with Thai food and opened our eyes to so much more. He was very knowledgeable about each element and was very friendly and warm. Would 100% recommend!

Great food, great guide - I had a chance to do a Thai street food tour with Araya and it could not have been a better experience. I was about 10 minutes late as I had to navigate myself around the BTS but Araya was patiently waiting for me. Her meeting place instructions were spot on.
We started with an amazing fresh spring roll, then curry noodle with chicken at a Michelin rated spot, then a rum til to the market for some fruit and more meals. There were 10 things to try and taste. More food than one person could eat. The food was amazing…there was nothing I did not enjoy.
The best part was learning about the different foods, ingredients and cultural aspects from Araya. She is a great ambassador for Thailand and our conversation over three hours spanned a lot of topics. I probably enjoyed that more than the food.
If you are looking for a great way to spend 3-4 hours where you can experience a lot you need to book this tour with Araya. You will not be disappointed.

Best tour guide - Sammy was fantastic. 100% would recommend him to anyone. He is very personable and gives useful tips. Not only that, he was informative and attentive to our needs/wants/situation. We couldn’t make one booking but Sammy was understanding and even waiting for us the whole time while we were going through customs and waiting in traffic. But he made it up with our 2nd booking with him which was so generous and kind of him. He showed us around the city, popular temples, went on different transportation, and experienced delicious street food. He can customize your trip to your needs. I highly recommend him.
