On this journey, you’ll explore the temple alongside our well-informed guide. We’ll also traverse the bustling neighborhoods around it, providing a glimpse into Mylapore’s vibrant bustle. The backdrop of the temple is enriched with jewelers, silk traders, fresh produce sellers, and flower vendors in the markets. The journey will meander through narrow alleys, featuring traditional homes, silk emporiums, outlets offering musical and religious artifacts, and ‘kutcheri’ auditoriums.
Embark on a 3-hour excursion to the Kapaleeshwara Temple and Santhome Church, and wander the narrow streets of Mylapore. Mostly a walking tour, there is a brief rickshaw ride (local tuk-tuk) incorporated within, arranged and covered in the tour cost.
