The best customer service I've had. I wish other companies would copy the service Jacobite provides. - Amazing views, interesting and varied commentary which was not repetitive on the return trip. The crew were all so friendly, approachable and couldn't have been more helpful to me [I'm disabled]. So much so that I couldn't pick which member of the crew was most helpful. The best customer service I had on my trip to Inverness with my Australian niece.

Fun on the loch - Great trip, crew were so professional and caring. The way they looked after all passengers was a credit to the company especially older less able passengers, having a laugh with them and making everyone at ease. The boat cruise was a great relaxing and fun filled way to see Loch Ness, with informative and humorous guides. The departure point for the cruise was well managed and the shop and restaurant/cafe was very good but a little pricey for my Yorkshire pocket.

A special change to see Loch Ness - The crew were all very friendly and informative, and the trip allowed us to see the beautiful landscape surrounding Loch Ness. We enjoyed the information about the loch and surrounding buildings. The special view of Urquhart Castle was a bonus.

Enjoyable trip - Booked this as part of a short break in Inverness and the highlands. Had a great time, helped by lovely weather. Interesting commentary, smart boat, plenty of seating. Plenty of parking, and shop and cafe at the quay. No sign of Nessie though !

Great Loch Ness Cruise for everyone! - It was great and on a fantastic day! Well worth the money and time!!! Just the right amount of commentary. Did not do the stop at Urquhart castle due to time constraints.

A must for seeing and experiencing the beautiful Loch Ness - This is the second time we've done this cruise and this time, we took some other family. As usual, it was amazing. The staff are excellent, the facilities are great, everything is clean, safe and comfortable. Very knowledgeable helpful crew. Fabulous views of the Caledonian Canal, Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle. Outside and indoor seating suits all weathers. I can't fault this service, it's a great afternoon out.

Great cruise and fantastic crew!!! - Took the Contemplation cruise at 14:45 on a Monday. There were a lot of other cruisers, but still plenty of room onboard. Great cruise and fantastic crew!!!

Nice wee cruise - Lovely wee cruise with great and interesting commentary. Shame the boat goes up the middle of the loch and not closer to the bank. Saw an osprey and there was a good time spent viewing Urquhart Castle from the boat.

Pleasant ride on canal - Boat ride on canal was decent. My sister was under the impression it was a slightly smaller boat and a bit more cheesy as far as going on a hunt for Nessie. Perhaps the description of the tour was mis-read. The ride was still pleasant and the guides very kind and charming, just not what was expected.
