Memorable Experience - Omg the best one is the dhow cruise dubai, very welcoming staff the place we were on the upper deck. All the way we found new things to discover. The BBQ buffet food was awesome, tasty food, at the end a spectacle dancing. It's a must very nice.

Not what we expected - Booking was easy, the servirse were polite and accommodating. We arrived at 8 PM and departed at 9:20. If you get there early you get a nice seat but you'll have to wait until you depart and just sit around. After you depart they start the dinner. We had a wide crowd but the serving isn't very organized as it's a buffet. The people we're rude and would cut you in line and would even blow their nose in front of the food. Not the cruise fault but I think it would be polite to have a better serving organization. The food was average. If you like Indian food this is for you. A bit on the dry side. You get water, coke or juice option. The cruise is only in front of the Dubai Creek which was what mostly disappointed us. We thought the cruise would be farther out towards the Dubai Business Bay at least. What you see isn't very interesting and you miss out on the greatest view of Dubai. The pupet and magic show was honestly boring. Some people started playing cards as it wasn't very engaging it was pretty much repetitive. We returner at the time promised and everyone just got up and left, no joy, no cheer. Unfortunately we would not recommend.

Disappointing - Whilst this was one of the cheaper options for a Dhow Cruise Dinner, we are regretting we did not opt to spend a bit more. Although cheaper, it was not value for money. We were picked up by coach so early that we were all made to stand around waiting for over 45 minutes in the freezing cold as the crew stood outside smoking. The crew/staff took no pride in their appearance, with ripped and dirty clothes. Food hygiene was questionable, and I struggled with gastric upset for that evening and the next day. Food was disappointing but we acknowledge the limited facilities on board to prepare food. The show was quite entertaining with two acts. More stars may have been provided if it were not for the crazy ride home, with the coach driver speeding through narrow streets, throwing us out of our seats as he took corners very sharply and quickly.

Worst experience ever (falcon oasis) - I have no rating whatsoever for this horrible evening. The evening started off with the organisers running half hour late with no explanation or apology. The chairs and tables were very dirty. The food was tasteless and badly served. Staffs were dirty looking, kitchen was in a terrible dirty state and it was no cruise at all. Returned to bay half hour earlier. This particular company is not to be recommended

Awful! - This tour was awful. It was nothing like what had been highlighted in the initial booking that i made. Having paid £25 per person for 5 people, our expectations were high, especially because we had read some good reviews. On my confirmation email, it says this tour is operated by Ariyan Tours, but we got picked up by a Falcon Oasis Tour car - not the company we booked. In the tour description, we were told we would get live entertainment, such as a traditional tanoura dance, live music and horse show but none of this was included. The tour was supposed to last 2 hours, and we were told we would be sightseeing parts of the Dubai Creek, such as the spice souks, and The Dubai skyline, but this also did not happen. We circled the creek for 50 minutes and that was the end of the tour. The food was supposed to be a 5 star buffet, but the food was less than average, and there was not enough to go around. The staff did not speak english, and were not professional or trained. None of the staff members were in uniform, including the driver, so straight away, it seemed a bit dodgy and unprofessional. When we got there, we were given a hand written piece of paper as a ticket. The tour seemed more like an activity for locals than tourists, which made us feel very out of place. Some families had to share tables with other families or couples. A few people took a look around the boat (before the tour was about to start) and decided to get off, while others asked for refunds - which were denied. This was a huge disappointment, as all 5 of us were expecting everything that was highlighted in our confirmation email. I would not recommend this to anyone - I would much rather pay a little extra and go for the marina tours instead. Avoid Ariyan tours - it is a waste of money and not at all enjoyable. Please take a look at the pictures that i’ve included.
