A perfect ending to a great tour - Our Driver Hassan Mohamed Taya, picked us up at timely. He had cold water ready in the car and we started our trip to EDFU. He described the different places we were passing. We talked about the fruits that are being cultivated in the area. We talked about bananas and mangos. He went to the point or stopping and buying some for us. After temples he asked us what we wanted to eat in Aswan. We said seafood. He took us to a fantastic restaurant, what we would call a “hole in the wall”. It was fantastic great food and great value. We mentioned that we would like to take a felucca ride. He set the whole thing up, for a great price, and we had the best 2 hours of our day. Hassan was a great host and courteous person. This was the second tour I hired with Luxor Travelers and it was great. I do recommend them

Go late for no crowds! - Wonderful private tour. The real trick is to go after all the people on the riverboat cruises have left! They reboard the boats at lunch then travel in the afternoon. The places are not as empty as a tomb... hahaha! But almost!
