Amazing Cultural Experience with a warm and friendly team! - Your Egypt Tours was AMAZING! They took care of us and made sure that we had a fabulous time! Our guides - Mamdouh in Cairo and Ash in Luxor and Aswan were great! Mamdouh esp was great with story telling and captured the attention of our three boys! Johnny our driver in Cairo was warm and friendly with a smile on his face all the time.. and Ahmed - who was helping us with our airport transfer and pick ups - was super helpful and friendly! Ali and Mona who helped us create the iternary did a fabulous job and took very good care of us! We were in Egypt for about 15 days - from Cairo, to sharm, the Nile cruise and back to Cairo / Alexandria. We did black and white desert with them and kids had a fabulous time! It was an adventure and we learnt a lot. They had lot of patience and were very attentive to our needs- esp out three boys - aged 7 and 10! Our boys celebrated their 10th bday there and they added a boat ride on the Nile to celebrate with a cake! It was awesome! We were initially hesitant as we were not sure how safe it was to travel there in Dec 2023/ Jan 2024 but it was perfect. They all took good care of us and made sure we had a wonderful time! Friendly, flexible, professional tours throughout Egypt! - Our family of 6, with 4 kids ranging from elementary to college, had the most wonderful opportunity to explore Luxor and Cairo. Everything was handled in the upmost professional way from communication via email in extremely timely fashion, flexibility in building full day plans, transfers from multiple airports and hotels, safe and very friendly drivers, to knowledgeable guides. Reliable, knowledgeable, flexible tour company - At very short notice (less then a day), You Tour organised 4 out of our 9 days holidays throughout Egypt. All via efficient and quick responses to email, WhatsApp or calls. We never met Mona in person, but he delivered everything behind the scenes and he was always available and responsive. Punctual and flexible according to our wishes and needs. Never pushed for things we did not need, never a complaint about our changes in program. Always at our service, for very fair and clearly agreed prices. No funny surprises for extras. Upon arrival at Cairo airport we were met by knowledgeable guide Mamdouh, who quickly became our friend for our first day in Egypt. We were delayed in the airport for 1 hour, it was not a problem. The choice of a private tour guide helped so much to engage my young children (7 and 9) with all the stories and facts of ancient Egypt and left me totally stress-free about logistics or having to read up stuff. We all learned so so much with You Tour’s highly qualified, academic and eloquent guides (we had 4 in total!). Next day we were met punctually by Hany at Aswan airport for tour of Aswan dam, amazing Philae temple, the unfinished Obelisk, lunch on an island with dreamy views and sunset Felucca tour. Again fantastic service meeting and exceeding our expectations. Hany was extremely knowledgeable, patient and fun company for the children. He allowed them to tirelessly pick his brains. Next day we organised 24hrs on a Felucca ourselves. You Tours does not facilitate this due to mixed experiences with Felucca captains. I understand their position entirely, it is more suited for “young and independent travelers”, (just note the names of these boats, Ziggo, Jamaica, Marley, and you understand what I am alluding to) but for us it ranks among the top experiences in Egypt. Total relaxation and disconnection from worldly concerns. After a change in timings, we were met by energetic Esmael, who was very quick to adapt to a new program, sorted out our financials by advancing for us only 2 minutes after meeting us. And off we set for pit stop lunch and amazing Karnak Temple. Next day last tour to the “Hat-Cheap-Suit” temple and Valley of the Kings with another guide. In the afternoon a new driver met us to take us to the Red Sea coast. As always in a super clean white mini van, AC, water, and a well instructed driver. Overall top experience, totally hassle free. Thank you You Tour for a most memorable introduction to a hugely riches country. We will be back for more.
