• Safari Arabs - Tunis Village - The small village of Tunis (‘izbat Tunis) is located in the oasis of Fayoum, on the way to Wadi Rayan. Situated on a hill overlooking a large saltwater lake, the village offers a breathtaking view of the desert’s edge on the opposite side of the lake. It is one of the most picturesque places in Egypt.

• Qasr Qarun and Medinet Quta - This area is one of Egypt’s most valuable and cherished natural landmarks. Lake Qarun was granted protectorate status not only for its evident beauty and significance to birds and humans but also for its unmatched historical, natural, and scientific importance.

• Wadi El-Rayan - Wadi El Rayan is among Egypt’s most renowned nature reserves. Named after King El Rayan Ibn El Walid, who lived in the area with his army, the reserve is part of the El Fayoum governorate and is located about 75 km from El Fayoum city.

• Valley of the Whales (Wadi Al-Hitan) - Wadi Al-Hitan, or Whale Valley, in Egypt’s Western Desert, holds invaluable fossil remains of the earliest, now extinct, suborder of whales, Archaeoceti. These fossils illustrate one of the major evolutionary stories: the transition of whales from land-based animals to ocean-going mammals. This site is the world’s most significant for demonstrating this evolutionary stage.

• Fayoum Oasis - Known as the Fayoum, this is the only artificial oasis, created not by natural springs but by a long canal formed by the flooding Nile, dating back to Biblical times, called Joseph’s canal. This canal stretches from the Nile to the great lake of Birket Qarun. This vast lake, which can resemble the sea on a rough day, gives Fayoum its unique character. The lake was once a prime location for duck hunting, attracting notable figures like Winston Churchill and King Farouk. While duck hunting still occurs, bird watching has become more prevalent, both on this lake and the nearby Wadi Rayyan, another man-made body of water.

Then you will visit One of the city’s landmarks Lake Qarun . You will also visit Wady el-Hitan (Valley of the Whales), which is now recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Inspiring wonder with ancient ruins, pyramids, and obelisks, present-day Fayoum is known also for its picturesque villages, pottery craft, and waterwheels, the latter having established itself as a prominent symbol for the town and oasis. Then you will be back to your hotel.
