Amazing authentic friendly experience - What a wonderful experience with Stefano & his mum Daniella, we had the most amazing authentic pasta class in their beautiful garden, for me Gluten Free was no bother & easily managed by a respectful Stefano, a must do.

This was such a great... - This was such a great experience, you will feel instantly welcome in the beautiful home of Stefano and Daniela. They guided us through the processes and helped us create an amazing meal to share, set in a stunning garden with local wine. We created two types of pasta and the recipes were shared afterwards, along with some great recommendations for food in Florence. Definitely recommend!

Cook like an Italian Mama - We had so much fun at the cooking class. Stefano has the best Italian English accent you will ever hear. He has the nicest Mama who oversaw our rolling out of the pasta. The food and setting was too wonderful. We loved being picked up in “Mario” the 1970’s fiat and seeing the rolling hills of Florence as we went up to Stefano’s house. The only thing I do wish he offered was white wine. I am not a red wine drinker and he only offers unlimited red wine. I highly recommend his cooking class - was one of our highlights.

Amazing and wholesome experience - Stefano & Mamma Daniela made this an unforgettable experience. From the moment you get picked up, you get a taste of Florentine hospitality. Their house is beautiful and located on the hills of a Tuscan backdrop. They do an amazing job taking you through the steps of creating multiple dishes one by one, while leaving space for you to fully savour the whole experience. It was raining on our day and we thought it would take away from the cooking class but Stefano somehow made the rain elevate the experience even further, with a canopy covering us. I recommend this experience to everyone and I would come back in a heart beat! - Simran + Hardeep

The heart of Tuscany - making pasta! - Stefano and his lovely mother, Daniela were wonderful hosts for this charming cooking class set in the hills of beautiful Tuscany. They both made us feel welcome in this truly lovely home. The backyard, where the cooking class took place, was carefully adorned. Every corner decorated to inspire. Stefano explained every step in the pasta making process clearly, while Daniela came around to lend a helping hand, making us feel supported in this new endeavor for all of us. At the end of the class, we all gathered around the table to eat the two types of delicious pastas we made with some of the new friends we met from around the world! The four of us who attended agreed this amazing class was our favorite part of our visit to Tuscany. A truly special experience! I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to escape bustling Florence to experience the heart of Italy.

Stefano and Daniela are so friendly and help you throughout the cooking process to ensure you have a great time. The garden that you do the class in is beautiful and really adds to the experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone going to Florence whether you cook a lot or not. We had a great time cooking, chatting to everyone and drinking Chianti.

perfect florence experience - We absolutely loved our pasta making experience - definitely the best thing we did in Florence. the house is beautiful, the food was incredible and very well taught by Stefano and his mother. Very good use of our first day in Florence and the perfect romantic activity/family activity. There was lots of good wine, lots of opportunities to take pictures and the pasta making was really interesting! It is only a short drive in Stefano’s lovely red car from the centre and it was so nice to see some Tuscan countryside. 10/10 recommend !!

Authentic Italian cooking experience with the best hosts! - My mom and I wanted to have an authentic cooking experience while in Italy and we are so glad we found Stefano and mama Daniela’s! They were such gracious, fun, and kind hosts. Stefano kindly picked us up in his adorable vintage van and invited us into their Tuscan home and garden with beautiful views. They were so patient during the pasta making process and you can really tell they are passionate about sharing their culture and love of food. The tortelli, gnocchi, and endless glasses of local Chianti were delicious. You definitely don’t want to miss this. Thank you Stefano and Daniela for an unforgettable day!
